For the record, the thing that irked me was that over the last year, when I reached out to you on several occasions - not to mend a friendship but to be amicable - you didn't respond. THEN, your first real contact with me was on my comment wall when you know my number. Regardless if it was about sending you blood work, it was still the first time you contacted me. Friends can grow apart, and there's nothing wrong with that. Values change, people move on. To this day, I still want you to be successful, and you are. We have all the dirt on each other, like most close friends would, and the only thing I sent to anyone was to defend myself. As you made it out, there was a huge secret as to why we aren't friends. You said it was because you assumed why I left your company was to go to another company which was not true and that hurt you and I understand that now, . To this day, and I've said this to you before, had I known that video would be the catalyst or the tipping point for you, I would have never made it. Nonetheless, my heart and reason for moving on from your company remain the same. It was purely from a business standpoint as some brand values clash, and there's nothing wrong with that. Just wish you didn't take it personally, as I've already said. I've always wanted you to be where you are right now. Remember "the movement"? Friends or not, we are still keeping up with that promise, spreading knowledge that will help change or save people's lives for the better. Keep doing you, Greg. No one was ever going to stop that. I’m glad you have found such immense happiness. For anyone who’s wondering about Greg’s character, I had the pleasure of visiting him in his home. He was over the top hospitable; fed me, gave me free supps and bars, and gave me some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten on life and biz. His whole staff loves him and he is extremely passionate about his fans and followers. He’ll stop to take photos and speak with anyone, no matter how busy he is. He even drove me 30 mins to the gym on a day he wasn’t even planning on working out so I didn’t have to take an Uber. Just bc someone makes videos that might be considered clickbait, it’s because those are the ones that the audience finds entertaining. Don’t hate him for that.

Apparently ally cheated on you with Jonni Shreve who looks like a sneaky fake friend who has a hard time finding his own girlfriend. He wishes he was natural. He wants people to think he natural and the real deal the king of bodybuilding but he is not. Jonni Shreve apparently did one show recently in lightweight where came in last place but he thinks that's a big accomplisment for him. THe only thing Jonnishreve knows what to do is inject steroids than go on youtube and claim he is the GURU OF BODYBUILDING. Guy is pretty lame doing simple techniques that even a highschooler already knows. He thinks that because he can easily get results after he injects steroids that it would be easy for anyone else to get those results by doing the lamest simple form technique. I mean what kind of advise is that. I already know that. I don't need you JonnieShreve a roid head to tell me what to do. Jonnie Shreve looks at himself in the mirror and thinks he is the biggest guy in the world but is the smallest guy in his gym. I think that most of the things that you said in the video are definitely correct. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been going through all of this in the background, and I empathize with you. One perspective that I would like to offer though (which wasn’t addressed in the video), is that not everyone wants to hear your side for the drama of it. As someone who I’ve watched for years, and has positively impacted me health wise, I’d like to know that all is well with you. Not all of us jump to believe whatever else we hear about you. In fact, we already know it’s false. We just wait on you to reply because we’re genuinely interested in hearing how it really went down. But you not commenting should be based on you not wanting to comment, not you avoiding the potential “drama” that we would like to see. Because not everyone is here for that. I am a former educator myself, and I found your channel years ago through Abbey Sharp's video of your diet. I thought it was the best way to eat I had seen, one that would help me stop yo-yoing. I did not care for the screaming, but I agreed with what you were saying and learned so much. I watched so many of the educational videos repeatedly. You introduced me to Jonni's channel, and I have learned a lot from him also. I have not been watching your videos very much recently, so I have very little knowledge of the drama. When people approach middle age, they start to think about legacy. In all likelihood you'll live to at least 80. Its really lonely when you don't have children and grandchildren. Thats the biggest lesson from working around the elderly for years.
