I was quite closed mind to this stuff my whole life (i'll be 37 this year)... 2023 was a very weird and tough year that a lot of strong believes i always had started to crack!! I started cause i had no other choices than considering new ways of thinking in my life, then small things started to change in my mind!! And very slowly, piece by piece, i'm considering new things and it's not all of a sudden but small changes led to this video where i finally think, i could do that too and enjoy or take benefit of it at some point... It's very disturbing for me but i feel more opened to life than ever, and don't get me wrong here, i'm frightened but in a way i guess feel relief from it!! I just discovered your new channel from this video tonight (it's 2.40 in the morning in France) and would be just a small bit if this whole process i trying to go through but thank you so much for trying and sharing things i would never have try before !! I'm still not ready to do this but makes a huge statement in my mind!! And i wanted to let you know you can reach people from the other side of earth!! ❤️

I went on vajrayana retreat nearly15 years ago after doing TM for 20 years… and all hell let lose. I did not know how to handle it as it was to much. … all subconscious stuff came out all at once and I did not have skill or anyone to help me deal with it. Still letting go of things. Slowly healing. From perspective of now I can see that it helped me grow.

I teared up watching this. I went through a spontaneous spiritual awakening 2 years ago that completely changed my life. I became a yoga teacher, started practicing breath work, cold plunging, meditation etc. The releases that happen, the tears, the surrender, it is the most intense and beautiful experience. I hope to be able to do this one day! I’m stoked for you guys and your journey, I’m a metal head so I have been following you guys for years. Thanks for sharing! ❤

Oh wow. That's incredible, thanks for sharing ❤‍🔥🙏🏻. Here is the site for finding a Vipassana centre near you: www.dhamma.org/en/locations/directory they have locations all over the world and I believe most of them run the course free of charge or for a small donation.

This video made me cry... The last year of my life has been the hardest ive ever had. I've attempted suicide multiple times, been in hospitals and take medications. My point being I've sat every day feeling unworthy and not wanting to be here anymore but this video brought me peace. It gives me a sense of hope. Idk how to explain it. I feel so alone but the half hour watching this was amazing and truly brought tears to my eyes. I hope to feel the way you guys felt after this experience one day.

Thanks so very much for sharing. It's in places like this that I found myself in 2020 and 2021. Back then I came across KZbin channels sharing stories of hope, love and light that pulled me from that darkness. Since those days I have been striving to do the same for someone who needs it. So happy our content could be something meaningful for you on your journey ❤️‍🔥 Sending you love and light.

I got hope when you talked about the memories that you had with your mom and the school girl that you wanted to be a friend of her, and the experience you’ve had and the lies that stored in your head of unworthiness of relationships and yet you have a beautiful heart opening relationship in this video that’s make feel that i am worthy too even though that i had a tough memories in my past. Can’t believe I’m commenting on this, but here we go. I needed to see this video today. I’m currently 13 weeks off of a certain substance( with one minor slip up that tore my soul to shreds and was the reminder I needed that I am, indeed, finished with that lifestyle),no longer drinking( which I never fucking liked anyway, definitely did it to fit in and/ calm the heck down if I was zooted), no longer go to bars, lost every single friend I’ve ever cared about and cut off anyone that supplies their local community with dangerous substances with no shame whatsoever(yet I still willingly purchased despite my life crumbling before me, which is my own fault as one would say that actually understands forgiveness), I work out like a maniac, eat as organic and healthy as possible, I journal and meditate when I remember or feel completely lost, and I’ve reconnected and strengthened bonds with my family(loving upbringing, had a great childhood, super blessed to say they haven’t given up on me), and I’m proud I’m not staring out of windows thinking people are breaking into my house through my air conditioner( was never the case, I knew that, but boy did the sights and sounds and demonic energy continue even though I knew I was as “safe” as one could be while they are intoxicated). My spiritual awakening( my third one) happened 13 weeks ago when I said “fuck it”, I’ll pray to a god in the sky” to try and fix my problems. I immediately felt like 633lbs of free weights that were chained i my body were released into the atmosphere, and I sobbed uncontrollably at the realization that a higher power just released probably 15 years of mostly self inflicted trauma, in about 30 seconds. That being said, I lost my job of 10 years, I can’t seem to get a call back from the lame 14.00 an hour jobs I desperately apply for, knowing full well that the Matrix job I am applying for will not help my soul in the slightest. I have literally 0$ to my name, because I decided to shove it up my nose and spend my time with truly vile people that I willingly gave my energy to, and boy did these lost souls love that while I pretended to be cool with these people and waste my time on and energy on self destruction. My spiritual awakening has given me so much power back, yet I have nothing to show for it, or so I thought until seeing this video. Being raised in a metaphysical household, I knew the years of assault on my mind, body, and spirit would have a ripple effect and that when I decided to clean up my act, my life would not merely be fixed by just “quitting, brah”. I now understand that my old life has been completely stripped away so that I can rebuild a life worth living. It feels like I’m a void of nothingness, like I am child that has been reborn and is relearning how to live authentically and with purpose. Wyatt, and Lindsay, I have watched your videos for years, rooting for both of you. Today, thanks to this video, I was reminded that I have everything I need inside of me, it’s time to forgive everyone, including myself, that a career and money will come in due time once I fully let go of the guilt and shame I still clearly hold, and that I am not in a void of nothingness, but rather on a new path that’s going to take longer than 13 weeks to fully materialize, and that I need to chill out and just be happy to be alive, because I shouldn’t be yet here I am, typing this long ass comment. I am super proud of both of you, and I wanted to personally thank both you, and the Buddhist monk, for the reminder that I am indeed on the right path and that I’m going to be okay and thrive as I stay on my new path and continue to heal, and let go, and therefore, grow. Sincerely, thank you for the reminder that I very much needed today. And to anyone going through a spiritual awakening, embrace it and be thankful you can now realize , and see, so much that was once blurry and undefined. It is not a curse as it so often seems, but rather a gift , and a chance to discover the true purpose of our lives, and who we really are. Time to rise up and embrace!

Hey Jeremy. Thanks very much for sharing your story. It's wonderful to hear you are focused on gratitude and practicing patience. Amazing things come to those who are willing to weight. Just remember growing flowers Is about tending to soil, then practicing patience while our mother handles the rest. Sending you love and light, along with best wishes for a continued recovery. Thank you for sharing your experience. I did the 10day Vipassana course last year. I literally checked in on a day like today last year, 1st April 2023. Then later in December the same year, I decided to volunteer as a server (Dhama server) The rules at the centre I went to were super strict especially the noble silence but atleast they let us take naps during breaks. I used to have the most violent dreams during those naps. Like fighting random people and I've never gotten into a fight in real life lol. Day 9 was my hardest day and I couldn't stop crying. I was at lunch that day ugly crying trying to be low-key about it. The whole experience gave me a chance to face some fears I had and decide the direction I wanted my life to head. We also didn't have walking meditation. Just sitted observing the breath for the first 3days then observing sensations days 4-10. Sitting for 10hrs does something to your back and butt but once you get past the pain the insight begins. Overall, worthy experience. I'm currently binge watching your amazing videos! New subscriber from Kenya.

Hello! Thank you for sharing this recount. I too (Wyatt) have felt with these sorts of dreams. Especially around when I first started on my spiritual path. Well I guess I always had these dreams.. I just became aware of them when I started on the path. Before that I was unaware, but friends and family would tell me about the scary things I would do in my sleep. I used to sit up in a yelling fit screaming profanity at someone or something in the night. But I would swear I had no memory of it... Amazing the portal sleep is into our deeper layers! I have found relief from these episodes and dreams with the processing of trauma. Welcome aboard! Thanks for watching and sharing love. Good luck on your journey!
