Demonstrating that the lives counter decimal graphical glitch was fixed in this version by running down to 89 lives.

@@nensondubois Oh, but the original can't even show two figures. The tens will always be a crown, no? I'm probably misunderstanding what's being fixed, but having two working figures is nice. :)
