Doing the thing I don't want to, I've found is EXACTLY what I need to take me to the next level! It takes self control and discipline, but I wholeheartedly desire to strengthen my self control and discipline. Therefore, I truly believe it (the temporary pain, discomfort, deal with impatience, etc) is all worth it and immeasurably rewarding!

I don't do this nearly enough, I will take a ice cold shower 2-4 times a week but I hope one day I can afford to build/buy a trough to be able to submerge myself entirely. Family & friends think it's ludicrous but once I get aclimated to it the feeling becomes borderline euphoric. Hands down one of the best practices I've started, joints and any inflation I may be feeling in severly diminshed which is always a wonderful feeling .

I do 1 min of cold shower ever day I wish I had some sort of Lake to go for a bath Filling up my bathtub every day seems like a waste to me

I do a mini version by filling a bucket with ice and water and just put my hand or foot in it. That also is a training.

Just filled the bath tub with cold water yet I have been always scared of bathing using cold water, it's like a phobia, I hope it goes well. I'm using cold water not lukewarm
