Nice...Honestly for me I think 500hp is all you need the cost to get there is achievable depending on platform anything more you just can't use it and the cost to get the higher ponies I can't seem to justify it...for me if it's quick enough, V8, loud, manual and rear wheel drive that's all I need to generate a smile...Great video Ross..cheers

Yeah bro I agree. I've decided to keep my VE a decent powered NA....could possibly change if I won lotto😅 but when money allows I wanna do a few things to get an extra 50hp,any more would be a bonus,to get to that sweet 500rwhp number myself.

Absolutely agree at the 500hp mark is more than enough for a street car.. but I do like the way the power comes on in this.. all depends on what driving you do and the budget you can allow

Hell yeh, this is a really nice review. The LS3 VF2 is a great platform to start with. Coilovers, big brakes, and the procharger make for a tough combo. 0-100 at 5.2 with a passenger and a full tank of juice ain't an easy task in a stick shift Commo on the street.

Very nice SS love the black with the red badges and manual too, I also bought some wipers to go on my SSV new windscreen tomorrow. Unless you build the motor a positive displacement supercharger will blow the guts out of the engine.. a pro charger builds boost until redline only hits max boost at redline

All depends on what you’re after.. very much like a turbo it will lose boost on the shifts

Pro charged commodores are not a new thing, 12 years ago when I did my apprenticeship my boss at the time put one on a vy ss wagon , it did 10.1 down the 1/4 and the owner was a paraplegic

street tyre,from a dig on a real street. 0-100 isnt really a great judge of speed for cars like this.. better on the roll. prob do a very low 11 at the strip with a set of et streets

Heres a great idea lets place the Airfilter right above a bank of Exhaust Extractors - Shit design terrible for performance - This is not to say the procharger systems are shit theryre not however that particular version on that particular car is terrible
