Hi Les,,, Try Fasting mate. Personally, I like it better than Keto. STOP eating at 7.30 pm and don't break your FAST until 1 pm the next day ( you can drink tea. coffee, water and bone broth)....... It's good to keep the carbs to a minimum during your "eating windows" but you don't have to be so strict about it.... And Calories are not an issue (eat as much as you feel is right for you!) Essentially, you'll burn fat/loose weight because the body becomes depleted of carbs which is virtually Ketosis anyway. I just find it easier than Keto!

This is what I do my eating window is from 12 till 6 then nothing after that until 12 the next day. It works for me. Thanks for taking time to comment very much appreciated.

Do you use a digital body composition scale with an app to track your fat, water, muscle loss? If not, they are inexpensive. A nice Christmas gift to yourself!
