I just changed my batteries and found you can use the CR2032 in place of the CR2025. That was awesome because I have plenty of the CR2032 at home for my smart home devices. The 2025 had a great battery life. The 2032 (225 mah) has more miliamp hours than the 2025 (170 mah). I am betting that will provide an extra year longer. The batteries in our fobs were already four years old.

@@janfreeman5946 I was in LOWE'S today and out of curiosity looked for CR2025 batteries...couldn't find any. CR2032? They had 3 or 4 different brands in that size. I am currently driving a car that has this type of fob. Unlike my older Ford Mustang, this Fusion doesn't have any keyholes except for the glovebox, which I think is a bit dangerous.

If both keys are in the Key Fob, How do you get in and out of your glove compartment?
@AutoDad4 жыл бұрын
Don't lock it. I have never locked mine. I have two fobs each having a key and I also have a key on a key ring
