Looks pretty sensible Susie. Start off with a very good breakfast and make sure you get enough calories during the day and that they are healthy calories. Artificial sweeteners can be a slippery slope but I don't think one packet a day will hurt. Interesting video, thanks for sharing

I adore you Suzy. I’ve been watching you from before you had your second child :) You are so natural and down to earth. I love it. I would like to know what is your workout routine/what u doing in the week in the physical activity aspect. I also appreciate your wise words at the end as many people don’t realise somethings and just try to cope someone. Greetings from UK 🇬🇧 from the polish girl ☺️ Xxx

This is very soothing and wholesome to watch, and also genuinely useful to see what you eat in a day. I'm inspired by your 2-part breakfast and I think I'd benefit from something similar. Also, you look fantastic! Love these vids.

Thanks for posting this! Loved it. Just wanted to know about how many calories you average a day?
@CurlySusie2 жыл бұрын
I would say I average 1800-1900. If I teach spin or run I eat more like 2100. I used my fitness pal eventually to calculate my calories (even though I didnt think I would like it) I dont use it every day but it keeps me in check.

Good video! I enjoyed it even though we eat completely different 🤣🤣🤣 I fast for healthy issues which is doing wonders for my health 😊 one advice avoid Splenda is poison worst or the same as Equal wich I didn't know you can replace it with Stevia.

Your babies are so cute! 💖 Only a suggestion to using Splenda- have you ever tried Stevia? I used to be a barista (and LOVED IT, huge coffee enthusiast) but I'm someone that never had a cavity in my life and had to get multiple fillings due to the sugary coffee and I changed my entire routine but you'll often see Stevia in packets, it's very coarse and almost a little tart if you use too much. There's a liquid form of Stevia and I recommend that kind if you'd be interested in trying it!! There's the brand Trulia and also others on Amazon and grocery stores. Also, do you like over night oats as well? 🙂 you can really turn that into a healthy treat as a filling breakfast
@CurlySusie2 жыл бұрын
Gonna try it 100%
@sip_espresso2 жыл бұрын
Aw, yay! 💖 Let me know your thoughts! A little goes a long way with the Stevia so just be mindful! Its plant based made of monk fruit. And for the overnight oats, I normally will layer like a parfait of oats & oatmilk (your milk of choice), a sugar free protein yogurt, and graham cracker on top, sometimes peanut butter or sliced bananas. Some people will combine the things like a shake, but I haven't tried it that way! Love to see what you think 🥰
@azulposeido2 жыл бұрын
Maybe I didn’t understand correctly but Stevia is made out of the plant Stevia rebaudiana. It is highly processed but you can buy the green stevia or the leaves. I find it bitter but I have an incredible sense of smell/taste. My husband doesn’t notice the bitter part. Also any sweetener that says monk fruit contains very little monk fruit as it is really expensive. Most of the “monk fruit” sweeteners are mainly sugar alcohols and some people are sensitive(run to the bathroom sensitive)to those.
@sip_espresso2 жыл бұрын
@Mimi Oui it's definitely a possibility depending on what you're getting! This is the ingredient list for Trulia, the brand I buy: Ingredients : Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Water, Organic Vanilla Flavor with other Natural Flavors, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract, Organic Lemon Juice Some things aren't for everybody though 🙏

It is not unhealthy to consume 1 teaspoon of brown sugar for a healthy active adult. It’s 17 calories and 4 grams of carbs. It’s a tiny portion of an entire day of healthy eating. Blows my mind that people find the need to suggest “healthier” alternatives.
@CurlySusie2 жыл бұрын
I agree… and I have no desire to ever cut sugar completely out of my diet but I think the suggestions actually came because I put Splenda & cocoa powder in my plain yogurt to make it taste like chocolate
@lisal63142 жыл бұрын
@@CurlySusie You’re right…I forgot about the Splenda. A small amount is ok in my opinion (not that anyone cares lol) as I don’t think science has proven it’s poison or a carcinogen (yet) 🙈
