Here are some tips on how to prepare for Paper 3 in A Level Physics. This is applicable to all exam boards including AQA Physics, OCR A and OCR B, Edexcel, Eduqas WJEC, CIE etc.
It involves looking at how to solve, practical skills, uncertainties, line of worst fit and many other tips to help how to prepare for A Level Physics.

for my OCR A friends, my teacher has crossed over the papers and sent out the topics that may appear! Chapter 3: SUVAT Chapter 4: moments Chapter 7: momentum Chapter 14: Specific and latent heat Chapter 17: SHM Chapter 20: redshift and doppler Chapter 12: Standing waves and harmonics Chapter 10: internal resistance Chapter 21: exponential equations for capacitors Chapter 23: charged particles in fields Chapter 27: PET and CAT scans/ ultrasound/ doppler imaging hope this helps!

difficult to say, I would understand each one of them and the principles you used in the lab and be ready to apply the same principles to similar situations. I think the most important aspect would be to do as many past papers as possible as this will help you gauge the level you need to be at.

Shall i mostly focus on calculations and practicals, or should I also review content and theory?

this is a very interesting question. Which exam board do you do? If you do OCR or Edexcel in particular I'd review a lot of the content too, in particular medical physics (OCR) too as it can appear beyond P2. If you do AQA, I think it's worth reviewing parts that you found tricky but generally focusing on experimental skills + the option.

In my opinion, Paper 2 Physics AQA was relatively easy, but I have completely no idea what i'm doing for Paper 3 since I never did any practicals

If you found paper 2 easy you can just miss this exam if you want. Still pull out an A.

I recommend Young and Freedman, Haliday Resnick but also there are multiple other options which are fantastic. Good luck!

judging simply by the grade boundaries, AQA has the lowest grade boundaries and probably the trickiest questions overall.

Lots of past papers and lots of great understanding of practicals. If you run out of papers, some of the OCR A practical questions can be great practice. How was P2 OCR B? I heard it was tricky.

@@zhelyo_physics thank you. I think P2 was better than p1. My friends and I all said though that it either went really well or it wasn't good. We found it hard to tell. There were quite a lot of calculation questions, including 2 6 mark calculation questions as well. I'm hoping paper 3 is better
