What I Eat at the Mall Food Court-Top Tips!

Have you ever found yourself at a food court in the mall and you’re wondering around and around trying to figure out what to eat? You want to stay on track with your eating plan but it almost seems impossible. Do you just throw in the towel and order the burger, fries and a Coke? No!
In this video I bring you along with me to the food court. We see which places I’d just keep walking by, hints on what to order, where you can save calories and my top choices! There are some delicious options out there!

It’s always tough when we’re on a road trip and family wants to stop by fast food. There used to be salads or grilled things but they’ve removed them from the menu in recent years. 🤢

Thanks for this! I tend to just default to something from the menu without asking for alterations because I feel guilty doing it, and here in Denmark it's not looked well upon. But I'm trying to get over that a little bit, my health is a lot more important than a stranger's opinion about asking for something to be changed! The broccoli and mushrooms from the wok place looked amazing, and that shrimp salad looked delicious! Thanks for the video!

Love this. Great tip about asking if they butter or put mayo on the bread. I don't think of that but it's a great tip. It's not about perfection it's about progress.

@@MamaTenny At the Boca Center Mall which is the best, the food court is small but we have wonderful restaurants within the Mall from Capital Grill to Fresh Kitchen. Not to much junk food which is great. Have you tried PLANTA in Toronto? My friend Stephen owns them :)

Taco bell isn't bad if you order alfresco! I'm traveling now and i meal prepped for the week. I'll eat hotel breakfast and one other meal the snacks and one meal for 5 days are all prepped.

That burrito deff. needed the cheese and sour cream (and probably left with the beef too lol) with KFC they have a great 10pc hidden item (5 thighs/5 drum sticks).... the malls here in america all vary with their food courts so you never know

I haven't eaten at a mall food court since I can remember. If I need to eat out, it is usually Chipotle , Chick-Fil-A or Wendy's where I can get grilled chicken. Even Panda Express has some "decent" options.
