@@tyrosine7291 gyms are closed but i’m fortunate enough that i’m able to train in a gym from a good friend a couple of times a week. I can still hit the weights hard, so I just want to tighten things up a bit

I am 64 and vegetarian and I did not think I would be able to increase my muscle mass, but I did due to your videos. Even with personal trainers I was not told the things you showed us. This just came to mind, so I hope you’ll still see this. I think a majority of your followers (me included) are students/work a nine to five. Obviously for us it’s harder to eat however we want since we don’t usually have acces to a kitchen. So I for one would really appreciate a video on good meals that can get you thru your day while also being lower in calories for the cutting season that has just started. Would love something like that brother 👌🏽

For me i run 30-40 minutes 5 km ehm i know its a lot of times for just that much km , but i try my best . + I do a lot of push ups, i love doing them + keto diet , and hope in few months my belly fat will shrink more. I losed 31kg but then i losed little muscles , eben though i dont had before , now i see my arms little bigger and chest look better than before , but that stubborn belly fat will need go down more. I tryed even tabata , but dont liked it that much like this , and dont sawidk how much change like with this. I know i can go to better diet , but then i would lose even muscles , eo i eat normally , more than before but still lose and gain just little

Exactly, I have BCAa because of the flavours not of something else. It taste like my favourite blue slushy at the cinema which I usually had once a month but not anymore - now forgot what cinema is ... anyways I suppose drinking bcaa because of flavour is much better than drinking any other drinks from the shop not to mention the monsters you love 😛

I eat the same amount yes, your body needs the calories to recover. As long as you’re in a calorie deficit you’re going to get leaner for sure
