Please make more of these things types videos. I’m only new to starting fasting but still not fully recovered from diet brain. These videos encourage me that it’s possible to eat the foods you love and still lose weight. Love watching you make family meals also ❤thank you for your channel and the time and effort you put into it, to encourage us

I don’t usually comment but I do watch your vids. You are prob the most realistic IF’r. You eat the food that you love while being successful with weigh loss. I just started if again after taking a couple years break, I don’t want to deprive myself and I don’t want to count calories which is why I’m doing this again

Got out of intermittent fasting when I was sick for a while. Now I'm back in it. Today's day one and I'm trying to do OMAD. Watching you helps me stay motivated because the first day is hard.

I love watching what I eat in a day videos! Easter is throwing a wrench in my MADF. I did a OMAD Today. I was supposed to eat around a 500 calorie meal tomorrow but that won’t happen. 😬 so I’ve decided to enjoy Easter then Monday Omad and then Tuesday down day. My down days are supposed to be Sun, Tues and Thurs. Thanks again for the video.

I know exactly how you feel! I am supposed to have an Easter dinner with my family around 3-4 pm and I usually don’t eat my OMAD until 6-7 pm so it’s throwing me off a bit but I’ll just have to get back on track on Monday. It’s a holiday so I usually let it slide but it does kind of mess with my tummy a little bit because I’m not used to eating that early 😣

I always get cold when I'm fasting too! Which is a nice change from the hot flashes I used to get since I assume I'm perimenopausal. But I'd rather be cold than hot any day of the week.

I recently got a bit of a cold too. Maybe it’s the body detoxing.

I thought I was only one who got cold the farther into my fast! I thought it was so strange. I have constant chill bumps and shiver constantly. I guess it’s probably a good thing and helps rid my body of brown fat, but it’s always closer to the end of my fast. Anywhere from 20-24 hours.

I like your Omad to eat what you want without up and down days. I solved this issue with a time out from omad but it leads me out for 6 months now which is way too long, after inlost 15 kilo, but i am happy thay i not gain the weight back except 3 kilo, but i am going to start again as i have to loose the rest which is another 13 kilo. But not bad that i took a time out cause i plateaud for 2 months and this was the reason why i stopped it a while as i am not the person who want to count calories. So kow the calling is up to start again and your videos help me a a lot. Thanks to you

'Even how much mango' - I can so relate to this comment. I'm gonna give OMAD a go after watching your vids. I hate having to count even things that are super healthy and nutritious. It uses up so much of the brain. I feel my whole being is disportionately worried about what I eat and it is exhausting.

Really enjoying your videos! OMAD sounds very tempting and I love that you don't have to restrict, and you get the best of both worlds. At 65, my post-menopausal body probably wouldn't like losing weight if I ate all of my faves 😭 so I will probably need to keep carbs low. I've been following Dr. Mindy's Fast Like a Girl protocols for my age and so far, so good, although I can't seem to bust through the weight loss barrier....yet! I just watched your 72 hr fast vid and I will try that on or maybe even 5 days to see if it shifts my weight loss. 😉😊

Thank you so much for sharing your week! I always find it inspiring. Question: how much meal planning do you do for yourself and your family? Seems like the key to success while fasting is being able to plan things ahead of time, which I struggle with.
