Unfortunately processed foods are triggers for me but for folks able to eat these foods it’s good info to know. I’m down 35 lbs & I love fasting. 10 more lbs to go. 😊

I haven't incorporated the down days and up days yet but sounds like a great idea. I started seriously fasting in January and am down 7 lbs. It's the best plan ever for those if us who love to eat! Thankyou for your videos! So encouraging !

Is there a video you could do with all of the LMNT combinations you’ve come up with? I saw a video where you mentioned orange juice and the mango habanero which is absolutely amazing! Now I need to try watermelon lemonade!

I needed this video so bad. I love down and up days because it makes me feel like i'm cheating. It has been two months since I started fasting and i'm down 20 lbs and counting. I struggled with finding what to eat on down days when i'm busy so this video definitely is what I need. Thank you Jackie Chao Down and Ciao lol!

@@HsusbwushwuI always fast for minimum 20 hours. So I do OMAD everyday 20-4 and down/up days at least 3 times a week. Planing to do this until I get to my goal weight. Hope this helps you.

I close my window on the app (I do not like to reopen it) and I have a fasting drink around. Generally, I wouldn't have a much sugar on a down day. It was hard at Dunkin to not get one tho.

I love this video and try to avoid fast food but in a pinch this is great info. It would be AMAZING if you could put together a little graphic or list/ebook/meme with the meals written down with specific orders? Does that make sense? Maybe I’ll Google and see if anyone else has done anything like that already. Thank you!

Ooohhh very interested in this video. Thank you so much for all you do. I’m struggling a lot with my mental health right now, something I’ve never struggled with until the last couple of years but fasting truly truly helps me. My adhd/binge eating disorder tells me “nooooo eat it all” but you truly help me want to stick with it.

I miss Dunkin Donuts and Culver’s from when I lived in the midwest. We don’t have either in the PNW. I also love Culver’s diet root beer. I had Taco Bell last night - 2 Doritos locos tacos, black beans with one package of mild sauce. Less than 500 calories and was definitely filling. (I used the rest of the calories for coffee with sugar free syrup and chocolate almond milk). At Starbucks I get the spinach feta wrap - it’s delicious and is a great low cal breakfast. Love this video!!

I like the super greens at Panda because they still have a little crunch to them. I can't stand when vegetables are cooked to death. By the way, I loved this video!

I enjoyed this video even though I don’t “do” fast food pick-up window restaurants. I didn’t hear the restaurant names of two of the middle meals- with the kids sized greens, meat and egg rolls; and the following one with the “egg bites.” Thanks.

Jackie pls give me your input. I am following the OMAD several months now mostly 6 days fo the week & I’ve lost 12 lbs. I am curious about the 1000mg of sodium in the LMNT… I’ve tried the liquid IV- my husband works outdoors, here in Texas the heat gets so bad. But the liquid IV is very salty- I am a little scared to try it, recently like two wks ago found out I have high BP.

This happened at the beginning of my fasting journey only. Are you early on in your journey? Maybe experiment with what you break your fast with? See if food quality makes a difference

I find if I go for a walk after, even 10 minutes it really helps with the tired feeling after eating. Hope this helps

Since you are on a talking basis with LMNT can you ask them to get HSA approved. My HSA does cover electrolyte supplements but all the ones that are approved have sugar and I would like to have sugar free electrolyte supplements. I think LMNT would probably get a lot more business if they were HSA approved.

I’m new to this. Finished my 28 day quick start. And for a down day are you supposed to eat all the calories in 30 mins? Just curious when doing a fun diet soda for a treat or lemon aid? Thank you! Great videos.

I noticed you don’t seem to be concerned about artificial sweeteners. I was a Diet pop gal for over 40 years and just gave it up and replaced with mineral waters. I hope it helps with gut biome and helps to keep me from secreting insulin. I am not positive about the science behind how even artificial sweeteners cause insulin secretion but I don’t want to produce more insulin.

Personally, I like knowing I have my eating window later in the day. It's something to look forward to. So, if I were to eat just in the morning (I do on rare occasions) it's harder.

I keep my window open later as well. It seems to work best for eating with family and then wind down for the evening and then sleep a large part of my fast away
