Here’s a way to surely lose that body fat… No fast food. No pop. No sugar. Nothing fried. Next to no sodium. Watch how fast you lose weight! I’ve done it. It’s the diet dietitians put you on when you’re prepping for bariatric surgery. By the time you do the diet, you won’t even need the surgery. I was at 330lbs an DD bit went down to 260 in about 3 months and was exercising. Hard to keep it off because you’ll think “I can get away with a pop or have a large pizza now to myself.” That’s the difficult part. I’ve struggled off and on with weight but I opted not to do the surgery for various reasons. As of now I’m eating as clean as I can compared to the way I was eating 3 months ago. I’ll treat myself to a day to indulge in pizza, burgers- whatever but the other 6 days it’s about Subway, water, string cheese if I’m hungry, more water or tea, nuts, yogurt, salads and anything low in calories and carbs. Sometimes I’ll sneak in a Coke just for a caffeine awakening since I work mostly mornings. My biggest weakness is sweets. I’m guilty of indulging in ice cream but it’s again not as bad is it was. I used to work all day at a factory too tired to come home and cook so I’d eat fast food at 11 at night not to mention my appetite for a few good greasy tacos on my lunch break. I could start feeling the arteries getting clogged. Now it’s eating cleaner and gym at least on minimum 4 days a week for an hour. Just some advice on how it is definitely possible to change from having a junk food filled lifestyle to a lifestyle of taking better care of my health.
