100% - although for the fruit juice, better to have it as a smoothie so the sugar retains the fibre and processes slowly through your body. Juice, from all my research, isn't as healthy a choice.

Thanks for the video, Jeremy! Please check out what Dr Greger has to say about kombucha, he doesn't recommend it because it can cause acidosis and some people have ended up in a coma from drinking kombucha. Liked your video. First time watching one. Love spaghetti squash. 😋 Sorry to be one of those people but everything I’m seeing from Dr. Greger and others is how horrible coconut is, filled with saturated fat. 🤷🏻♀️ Date sugar is just crushed dates so a whole food and it’s delicious once you get used to the milder sweetness. 🙂

Thanks Katie. We keep our coconut to a limited amount. But I should point that out when we use it.

I really enjoy watching you and your wife. You two are adorable. I do not like watching your kids eat. It is very off putting to me. I know from past Q and A videos you all are working on this. I am sure your kids are wonderful and I do not mean to be harsh or negative. They just need to work on their table manners. I know you did not show them eating in this video but in past videos I have to turn away. It is nice that they are cleaning up after dinner. Also Wooly(Spelling?) Looked amazing after a week back at school.

Coconut milk is very fattening
@pbwithjeremy2 ай бұрын
Yes. It’s a fat. Avocado and nuts are very fattening too. Fat is good for us in moderation. Our brains need it. Now coconut has saturated fat which is why we only have it about once a week or so.

NOOOO!!! Get that banana out of your smoothie. We now know that banana enzymes destroy the antioxidants from your fruit, cocoa, etc... Same problem with apples and mushrooms. Dr. Gregor did a video on it after the study came out, but it was published after the book, so it's not in there. Otherwise, everything looks amazing and delicious. Thank you.
