A tip for peeling ginger to minimize waste: use a spoon. It peels the skin off and leaves more of the inside intact. :) And to minimize onion attacks (I'm allergic to the fumes but not the flesh, go figure) stick it in the freezer for 15 min beforehand. I really enjoy cooking and was a homemaker for 3 years. I learned a lot during that time.

oh wow, amazing list of ingredients. i want to get some psyllium husk soon. you put bone broth in the smoothies with a sweet flavor? can you taste the broth?
@colinreeter7777 ай бұрын
@@2ynthetic bone broth is amazing! excellent source of collagen, protein, glycine - cant taste it at all! I may be immune tho, i would legit eat dirt if it was healthy. start slow on the psyllium husk cause its such a potent form of fiber, like a tsp to start and work up to a tbsp which = 32% DV fiber. it can take the gut microbes a lil bit to adjust to increased fiber intake. chia seed is also amazing form of fiber, 2 tbsp = 30% DV. chia is also a great source of ALA omega 3 but fish oil is crucial for EPA&DHA omega 3's since ALA -> EPA/DHA conversion rate is not good. chia is very cheap for the big organic bags. tons of newer research on how beneficial increased fiber intake is for decreasing all-cause mortality by a shih ton.
@colinreeter7777 ай бұрын
@@2ynthetic here's my daily smoothie recipe although i would recommend starting with less kefir if not used to probiotic intake cause 1 cup = 25-30 billion CFU. -1/2 cup bobs red mill organic rolled oats (ground a bit in blender first) -2 cups plain kefir -1 cup bone broth -2 tbsp chia seed -2 tbsp hemp seed -2 tbsp hemp protein+fiber -1 tbsp psyllium husk -1 tbsp raw cacao powder -1 tsp maca (cycle this for hormone balance) -1 tsp turmeric golden milk powder -1 cup wyman's frozen wild blueberries -1 greenish banana (more resistant starch and less sugar) -handful of spinach or kale -1 scoop whey protein (if lifting) =1,150 cal, 125g carb, 75g protein, tons of fiber, micro nutrients, antioxidants, prebiotics and probiotics gonna need a big ahh blender tho, i got the ninja haha. most of those ingredients i get from middle of the baking isle at walmart (bad i know but its cheap), its like the secret healthy smoothie section. can alter as desired, this is just what i have settled on after 6 years of experimenting, cheers!

It’s 1am and I had to watch this I am pleasantly surprised 😯 And extra points for having a keroppi linen 💚🐸 I love keroppi Edit: also, I have a hack for you because forever I cut my green onion with a knife like you 😅 Try using kitchen scissors, its a million times faster and more accurate. I now use kitchen scissors to cut any food they will allow me to haha Also also! Your flavor palette seems really similar to mine and I have a couple things you should try :3 Fresh cilantro, I put it with everything OMG 😍 the other thing is since you like spicy and vinegar and you love eating healthy.. here is my recipe for Spicy, Pickled, Beets 😊 it’s super easy! cut some beets up however you like and steam them (make sure they’re soft to where a fork will go all the way through without it falling apart) then with a full jar of jalapeños and a full jar of small dill pickles split them in half emptying half the jalapeños with the juice and half the pickles with the juice in a separate container. Then add the steamed beets to that separate container. (I like to use large old pickle jars for this). Slowly turn it upside down back and forth to mix it. When I’m telling you I’ve never been more obsessed with a healthy snack in my life 😍😍😍 I mean it I suggest buying similar sized jars of the jalapeños and pickles for this because the jalapeño juice is the ticket Omg I’m horrible I keep adding more text 😅 But that Cynni song is great and thank you for that new music discovery. You might like a song I recently discovered it’s by whatsaheart and it’s called “for her” And checkout the genre Maidcore :3 it’s my new thing

I really love your videos! I've never been particularly drawn to 'what I eat in a day' videos, but yours are truly captivating. Watching your apartment segments got me thinking. Here in Spain, it's quite common for most homes to have their own washing machines. However, I've seen videos where people in major American cities mention that owning a personal washing machine is not very common. Is this a general trend across America, or is it more specific to large cities like New York? I'm assuming you're from America, but I'm not entirely sure. Just a bit curious - I hope that's not too personal! Thanks again for sharing a little bit of your lifestyle. You're such an inspiration to me and many others :) Can't wait for the next video!

I like the idea of the discord server but you may get more out of it by allowing all your subscriber tiers to join as it is a great way to interact with your community in real-time and facilitate the exchange of ideas and content with them on your terms without setting the bar of entry too high, especially for newcomers who might not want to commit to full monthly shareholder sub right away. You can always grant extra perks like the SMP minecraft server and different titles for shareholder / angel tiers as those may have an additional upkeep cost associated with them. :)
