My autumnal vegetarian day of eating... Breakfast: 4 ritz crackers & a baby bel cheese (wasn't hungry but needed to eat to take meds). Lunch: pesto, mushroom and cheese panini and a chai latte. Dinner: Homemade split pea soup with a toasted sesame thin bagel spread with roasted garlic hummus and topped with slices of monterey jack jalapeno cheese. Dessert: a drumstick ice cream.

My go to breakfast atm is porridge made with oat milk with lots of cinnamon, bananas chopped up and cooked with the oats and more cinnamon. It’s absolutely delicious and tastes a bit like banana bread to me. It’s definitely my favourite meal of the day. 😃 😊😊

Mutti sauces are one of the only pre-mades that don’t make my friend sick. Pretty basic quality ingredients and no extras. A warm fire and soups and stews are some of the best parts of autumn.

So happy that these videos are back! And I totally agree with your order of seasons. Autumn IS the best followed by spring and then winter and summer. Yummy 😋 vegan recipes & food Madeleine with good positive vibes ( which during this cost of living crisis isn't always possible). I don't make recipes that require using an oven because I am using a airfryer and plan to get a microwave to reduce energy costs. Love 🥰 the what Madeleine ate in a day video and love 💕❤Madeleine & Alex.

I think the new Cathedral city plant based cheese is the best cheese i have ever tasted. Beforehand i always had violife cheese. I have only bought the catherdral city block ones so far. I grate the block cheese on toast and makes way better cheese on toast rather than slicing the block. :) yummy wholesome food x

Madeleine you look so beautiful, your skin is looking so smooth and gorgeous . I am so happy that Alex is going to make bread again, the focaccia looked amazing. Paul Hollywood makes one with an onion and garlic on top that I e not made yet but looks so cool too. I love Autumn the best and Spring second. Winter next for me as it a good time to snuggle in, rest, cocoon, and do quiet stuff, Summer is just too hot in Northern California but early mornings are the best. I love mushrooms but not certain kinds that tastes but slimy to me, so I usually use bells or white. I loved the nature shots , your sweet Roxy , the two of you. Have a beautiful night and week. ❤❤❤

Inspired me to make some oatmeal even though I already had some 8 grain toast with earth balance earlier. I prefer the texture of quick oats. And it’s super simple. Just add boiling water. I also add a splash of oat milk. Added Vietnamese cinnamon, and maple almond cashew butter on top.
