@The Ecocentrist Misanthropic Vegan what kind of statement is that? We need animal foods in general. Veganism is a lifestyle choice that people have the right to choose, but don't discredit other people for eating meat and eggs, as any omnivorous creature should.

@The Ecocentrist Misanthropic Vegan I have never said animal abuse and inhumane slaughterhouses practices don't happen. But I live on a farm, and me and my family humanely dispatch the chicken, eat cheese produced by us from the milk of our goats and cow and I also eat a ton of eggs. You can buy animal from reputable sources and live a healthy lifestyle, you muppet. And yes, animal products are not mandatory, because we are omnivorous, but we do need them under normal circumstances

Smart smart guy need to leave the oats and other foods that spike the insulin that makes the liver work harder i do a strict keto diet he gets constipated not from the red meat but from the carbs that he consumed probably consumes more than 50 grams of carbs and then that causes inflammation hence his constipation you can always look at the glycemic index to see where your food that you eat ranks at on the carb level
@umberaz160
@umberaz160 4 жыл бұрын
Hey everybody!! I need some ideas for pre-workout meals. Is it okay to spike your insulin levels before a workout, since insulin reduces drastically your human growth hormone levels? Do you guys think it is necessary to eat immediately after a workout due to that "anabolic window" stuff? I'm a little confused about the nutrition topic
@nikolarandjelovic1064
@nikolarandjelovic1064 4 жыл бұрын
1. pre workout meal should be kinda small, and something thats going to break really fast in your body, avoid lots of fiber and other things that might bloat you 2. Anabolic window is crap, when youre done working out and you are not hungry, have something like a fruit and wait till you are hungry and then eat, simple. 3. HGH another crap, you need energy for your workout but again dont overeat and dont eat crap before your workout something easy like cup of coffe, banana, rice cake you get the idea, dont worry about proteins.
@umberaz160
@umberaz160 4 жыл бұрын
@@nikolarandjelovic1064 thank you 🙏 Can you explain why I don't need to worry about proteins before workout?
@nikolarandjelovic1064
@nikolarandjelovic1064 4 жыл бұрын
@@umberaz160 You always need proteins in your meals, the thing about pre-workout is that as I already said, you dont want to eat something thats going to slow you down and possibly ruin your workout (not really) but proteins take much more time and work to get absorbed and diagested. Now some bodybuilders acutally do eat protein as a preworkout like chicken and rice but way less than usual, so if you feel great having some proteins before workout, go for it but remember you dont need a lot!.
@umberaz160
@umberaz160 4 жыл бұрын
@@nikolarandjelovic1064 why do you say hgh is crap if you produce hgh and testosterone during a workout? Don't you think hgh is important for muscular growth? What do you think about pre bed meals and hgh role during sleep? I did my research and hgh is a hormone with very interesting effects, I think they call it "the beauty hormone" or something like that

@lolwtfbbq111
@lolwtfbbq111 4 жыл бұрын
This guy is right about steel-cut oats. Steel-cut oats are good actually for many reasons. They are actually great for children to eat because they force them to use their jaw muscles. Using your jaw muscles while eating and builds a bigger jaw and opens up your air ways and gives your teeth more space. You ever noticed how old skeletons and stuff had perfect teeth? That's because they had large, strong jaws that could fit all the teeth. They had jaws like that because they ate a lot of fibrous foods that required chewing. If your jaw is too small it actually doesn't give you enough space for all your teeth and it means your airways are smaller so you won't breath as well.
