Just found your channel and I’m obsessed with you and your videos and your little family! I just started a weight loss journey, I’ve been vegan for 5 years but have struggled with yo yo dieting and most recently have lived off processed vegan junk and sweets. I’m so excited to start on this journey eating these types of foods, I’ve always loved eating this way and forget how easy and delicious it is, I work at Whole Foods here in the US as a cake decorator so it’s been hard to not crave vegan alternatives of all the non vegan pastries I stare at all day 😅 but I’m so tired of living this way, I have about 40 lbs I want to lose. My skin is a mess right now from the sugar and fat and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, but your videos and energy are so lovely and inspiring. So thank you, I can’t wait to watch more, and also to watch your channel grow! ❤️❤️ Love from Boston!

Following your IG and podcast, now, as well. *To eliminate garlic/onion odor on hands: rub wet hands really thoroughly on anything made of stainless steel (sink/faucet/spoon- I’ve even carefully used the flat of my chef’s knife) and it’ll take the stinkiness right away. I generally lather my hands with soap and rub them on the side of my steel sink. 🧄
