I loved this video! I’ve been eating this way for about a week and I’m feeling so free from negative thoughts about food. I’m full, satisfied and I already have tons of energy. I used to eat a lot more fat and a lot more processed foods. I love the simplicity of this. Thanks for the awesome videos. Just discovered you and Kiki a few days ago! ❤️
Would you consider typing out your recipes in the description box in the future? I would love that, even if it is just a rough idea since you don't necessarily measure the ingredients. Loving your content/channel! :)

So glad I found your channel this week. You eat like I do. I’m overweight because I’m eating the wrong things. You taught me about calorie dense foods, and I’ve cut them out completely. Made this meal today, and the gravy was amazing. I’ve 40 pounds to lose and I know I’ll get there, now that I know how I’m supposed to eat as a vegan. Your kids are darling and love to watch you interact. Thank you for what you do.

I have been trying to lose weight for so long and I am currently breastfeeding. My "problem" has always been that I need eating big portions that really fill me up for long. If not I will just end up stuffing my face shortly after a meal. Adding more vegetables to my meals and making some small changes here and there seems so perfect for me. I'm definitely giving it a try. I really liked your video and I learned something. Will try out the gravy. Greetings from Germany 🌼

Saw that you were on Chef AJ’s show so came to your YT channel. Congratulations on your awesome achievement!! Love your energy and your sweet girls are beautiful 😊 I’ve been learning about calorie density and it makes all the sense in the world! I’ve been enjoying a vegan lifestyle for 16 years and am keeping off 140 lbs. 55 of those pounds were lost between 9/2018 - 6/2019. I’d like to lose 30 final pounds and believe I can be successful doing it the way you and Chef AJ have done it 👍🏼😊 Your mushroom onion gravy looked great! Did you add soy milk, mustard, bouillon cube, potatoes and blend? Am I missing any ingredients?? Happy I stopped by your channel. I subscribed. Peace, love & prayers, Denise

Thank you for the video, I find you so relatable! You can see a bit of it already, but I was wondering what do you do for family meals etc? Do you usually cook different things for your kids (you mention them having PB sandwiches for lunch but then your daughter seems to be having the same for dinner). And your husband? My husband is the typical skinny guy who can eat about 2kg of pasta a day (no kidding) and my 3yo seems to be headed the same direction. I don't like to be cooking different meals for everyone but I struggle to find solutions that will satisfy everyone, especially since I have to reduce/eliminate a bunch of yummy veggies (cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes) & all soy products due to some health issues. It's a total game of Tetris...

You can get some extra vegies and fruit in by grating some zucchini, carrot and/or apple into the porridge. It really adds bulk and don't worry, you can't taste the zucchini. I've been making "carrot cake porridge" (got the idea from Chels) a lot lately and it's really filling and satisfying.

When you were foraging - what was that green fruit that you picked up. I backed this up and listened a few times and couldn't make it out, what you were calling the fruit. Was it figs? Anyhow - loved the video. What a neat way you just whipped up your own version of gravy. I would not have thought of using that particular combination, but it did look yummy. And I liked the idea of sneaking in some of the cooked cauliflower into your mashed potatoes. I'll definitely be trying that (hope my hubby doesn't freak out - ha ha). On the Kombucha - it looked like you ate the skins as well. Didn't know you could. Thanks for sharing.
