welcome to another WHAT I EAT IN A DAY! this is how I've been eating over 100g of protein a day as a vegan 🌱 🥑

this year I've been getting really into my fitness journey and a huge goal of mine is to build muscle. naturally, eating a surplus of protein is super important and I've had to figure out some quick and easy, go-to vegan meals that can help me reach that goal.
my meals look a bit different everyday, but recently, these are the meals I've been having the most frequently. I also love switching things up by swapping in a different fruit or veggie or a different sauce to help keep things interesting. these may look super healthy, and they are, but I go HEAVY with the seasonings, which is my trick for making my food still taste amazing.

What a delicious day of food! Going to try and recreate your lunch bowl soon. Honestly, put tahini on anything and I'm sold. I also love that you're showing how easy it is to get protein as a vegan(it's so exhausting answering the protein question all the time), but I wanted to let you know that 1/2 cup of chickpeas only has about 7-8 g protein, not 20 like you said in the video. Also, sidenote, I love that you're eating realistic portions and not just like 2 pieces of lettuce and saying you're full. I often shy away from watching WIE videos because they're not inspiring to me at all, but this one was. New sub!

ahh thank you so much! it really is a lot easier than people assume. once you find a good few recipes, it’s super easy to reach your protein goals. I think I meant half a can, but I was just getting info on google.. so I totally could’ve been off a bit! often times I have a whole can anyway. I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! 💗
