In the Middle East, our main meal is lunch and at dinner we eat a more light meal (as you would eat at lunch). In our perspective it is healthier to easy up before bed time. Would be happy to know if you relate?

This was great. I love all the foods you ate (especially the beets!). You are so right in that we do need to enjoy the foods we eat. I have been struggling so much with my IBS recently and had cut out a variety of foods like bread but it makes me miserable as I really enjoy bread so I need to find a way to incorporate healthy versions so I can eat well AND actually enjoy what I'm eating. That is my goal for this year. To find the foods that agree with me but which I also want to enjoy 🤞

“Low and slow” scrambled eggs are how we make them in Australia. We call the other version “American” scrambled eggs, because that’s how McDonald’s used to make them. We love beetroot here too (common beetroot is always pickled in Australia - no need to differentiate). Try it on your savoury sandwiches 😉

Hi Meghan, thanks for your videos, there are always a lot of useful tips. I have the Hashimoto disease and I would like to know if you could make a "what to eat in a day" gluten / dairy / sugar / inflammatory-goitrogenic foods free? It's sooooo dificult to find something which can be delicious and simple to cook when it comes to this pathology... Thanks again!
