I’m so glad that you and Ken are realistic. So many of the channels now especially for carnivore are becoming very elitist. All of a sudden they are saying how they don’t eat this and they don’t eat that. Staples like eggs and bacon. They suddenly don’t eat anymore because it’s just not good for you. So tired of it. I don’t know what is happening in the last few months but It’s just a phase they seem to be going through. I’m so appreciative that you guys don’t do that crap. For those of us that can’t eat ribeye every meal of every day. It’s nice to know that a hotdog now and then it’s just fine. and I know that I am not the kind of person that’s going to make my own taco seasoning. I love the idea of doing it but I know that I won’t do it. Again, it’s OK.

My new favorite drink is plain seltzer with fresh squeezed lemon over ice! You’re right - it’s so refreshing!! I have the grapefruit seltzer too! I think I’m going to order the plain LMNT. I just can’t drink anything that tastes sweet anymore. We have other flavored Bubly and Lacroix and store brand seltzers too. I have them occasionally now. I keep them in for my older kids when they’re here. My kids can drink the sample flavored ones that come with my order.

Use amt of cream, pepper, crm cheese you like for the amt of gravy you need. I also use this gravy over my meats. it is delicious in flavor and FAT. your kidddos are growing so much, good to see them in your videos . keep styling and smiling!

Thank you so much for this Neisha. I've switched to mostly meat and animal fat, but not 100%. After more than 50 years of eating a relatively clean/organic omnivore diet habits and taste is slow to change. I did/do not have chronic illness or disability. The worst symptom was urinary tract irritation and occ stress incontinence. While I did find a "natural" way to ameliorate those symptoms, cutting out gluten free high oxalate/toxin foods while adding lots of good animal protein was a near instant fix. No supplements or special exercise required. Just adding lots of meat and eliminating almonds, cassava etc. I always loved fatty meats and still have to remind myself its ok to "indulge" in them! God Bless you and your family.💖

Like you, I eat "meat based" not carnivore or keto and it has worked wonders for me and my health. That's something I really have a hard time with. I tell my husband I need things to be grabbable. That includes a lot of preparation at some point in time in the week or the month and sometimes it's just flat out insufficient. So, having other ideas is great! I was wondering if you have used raw milk. Especially for your cold things, like your iced coffee or even just having 8 oz of it before eating something else with dairy or cream that would typically upset your stomach. This would give your body the enzymes and everything to help digest everything else.
