Your content has helped me improve my daily habits as well, for example - I start every morning with movement, making me feel like a "winner" and going to bed at a reasonable time to get 7-8 hours of sleep. I work a job from home and make sure to spend time with my 2 girls. Fitness is not part of my routine at all. Which is not good but I feel like it makes better sense to spend that time with the girls instead as working a normal 9 to 5 is hard. Your lifestyle is very different but I appreciate you putting out this great content.

Fitness has to be a part of your routine for you to live a healthy life. Fitness does not have to be going to the gym for an hour or running for an hour. Make sure you are moving your body and elevating your heart rate for 30 minutes per day, that is fitness!
