My love to you and yours, Kristi! Dandelion tea is really just the plants that we call yard weeds. If you don't spray your yard, when they bloom again this fall, you can dig them up, wash them well, cut up the leaves and roots, and dry them out. Then you have your own, homemade dandelion tea that didn't cost you an arm and a leg. It's fabulous for liver support and is GRAS (generally regarded as safe). If you're interested in more information from reliable sources, I can hook you up. I'm glad your endocrinologist tells it to you straight. I'm even more glad that the new settings are working better for you. As someone who suffers chronic lows, I know how horrible it feels and how long the damage lasts. It will be good for you to have Chris home over the long weekend to help get you started on the detox. Plus, the detox will give you something to focus on when your brain is angry with you. Quincy is a little darling, and it's always hard for us to stand by when our babies, two-legged or four, are hurting or sick. You're a good mama and I know you'll take excellent care of him. Sometimes, knowing the answer can bring a sense of peace, even when it's bad news. I'm sending healing thoughts for both of you.

Okay, that’s my kind of weather! ❤ The noises…my kids call that “old people syndrome”. 😅 But I feel your pain there. I’m curious…does the brain fog have anything to do with T1D? Your insulin sensitivity? What woman doesn’t feel a bit ocd? Aren’t we the ones who deal with EVERYTHING from kids to home and everything in between? Awww…may you have the peace you need and deserve where your sweet and precious baby Quincy is concerned (in all you do really, but I know your heart is heavy right now where Quincy’s concerned). And I wish you peace.❤ Take care. 😊

Kristi, I joined your group years ago, but just went to post something for you to look into with hematologist…. And find I am no longer a member… so asked to join again. Anyway, I think I have info you might want to research. Have anyone ever suggested Mast Cell Activation Syndrome? It’s newly figured out, my immunologist says 99% of docs never heard of it. Until I can post a couple links in the group to the info my doc told me about. Dr Lawrence Afrin is hematologist and a leader in the USA on MCAS. He has a book, many online lectures etc. When you mentioned sound sensitivity and brain fog… it hit me that after watching your videos for several years, you have many MCAS symptoms. Although it’s newly figured out in medicine, they think 17-20% of people have it to some degree. My doc said think of it as the root cause of multi symptom inflammation. I know you have mentioned your headaches, fatigue, pain, brain fog, diabetes, and now sound…which is multi system inflammation. I am 66, weird health issues all my life that seemed unrelated. Diagnosed with MCAS a year ago, still do keto but only low histamine foods. I follow the SIGHI Low Histamine food list. Have been more stable the last year than any time in my life and only change was being treated for MCAS. Sorry long, but I think it’s worth looking into for you.
@julih26744 ай бұрын
I just looked up and low iron level and iron level issues are also a symptoms of MCAS. I might sound off the wall… but look up Dr Afrin. I know you like research :-) MCAS is fascinating, it can affect so many health issues.

So many women in your comments have suggested that your brain fog is possibly caused by PERIMENOPAUSE and I agree….brain fog is one of the top symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and you are definitely in that age range……a lot of women start perimenopause as early as age 35, so hopefully you can research perimenopause as well because women suffer from 35 different unpleasant symptoms once they reach perimenopause…..

Hi Kristi. Sorry to hear about Quincy. I wanted to talk about Brain fog and blood levels. That has nothing to do with Brain fog cause I have low Hemoglobin now and I’m exhausted but definitely no Brain fog. For you it has to be something that you’re low in (vitamins, minerals) I’m just gonna say this girlfriend, this is how your life is now and how it will be for the rest of your life too and you’re gonna have to accept it and definitely go to the doctors to have your blood work done and also when you need to have those transfusions too cause they will help you as long as you stay consistent. Are you sure that since you’ve been doing Keto for sometime that it’s not causing you to be low in vitamins or even nutrition too? Could the Brain fog be caused from maybe dehydration or the Diabetes could be causing that and the reason I say that is because I have a neighbor who is a diabetic and she doesn’t do very well in taking care of herself but she is always off balance to and dizzy and Brain fog too. Good luck to you and Quincy and maybe you need to journal to just get your thoughts out and clear your head so maybe you can be more focused and happier? God bless you and hugs to you too. Sue M. Florida PS: we are going into September so I would think that it is normal for Tennessee to get cooler now. I’m originally from Ohio and September into October is when it starts getting cooler too. We here in Florida are still melting away and I can’t stand it too. I do want cooler temps but not freezing temps. 🥰🦋❤️🙏😺❌⭕️. How is Myra the kitty doing too? Also Kristi, OCD is exactly what you’re talking about with having to be perfect and having everything in a certain way. OCD has many meanings and not just one. So, your doctor just might be right.❤️

That problem that you have with loud noises and brain fog could be related to whatever pathology you have going on...... be it OCD or maybe some ptsd? You didn't happen to grow up with a narcissist did you? It definitely messes up your microbiome and influences your brain.
