I recently tried scrambled eggs (2) with 1/4 cup cottage cheese mixed in before cooking... it was really good and a great way to get in extra protein! Also those salad mixes- sometimes I stretch it over 2 meals, and add in some chicken, or cut up sandwich meat (turkey) to make it more filling. The extra protein will help you feel fuller longer.

@@jsw2026 I tried cottage cheese and I decided I am not a fan of it!! I think having it with eggs would be better because it’s more savory. When I tried it, it was was with the fruit and the sweet with the cottage cheese didn’t go well for me 😖 I’m going to use the rest with scrambled eggs and see if I like that! Thanks for the tip! ✨

@@SavannahBananas I absolutely HATE cottage cheese with fruit!! Let me know how you like it. It does make the eggs a little more "wet" but it's totally tolerable (IMO).

I can’t eat chicken the next day it just doesn’t taste the same. But the canned chicken I can eat I just mix it with light mayo and pickles.

@@mrskrisfig I’m not a fan of pickles even though I’ve heard they are good for you! Do you know is it a source of protein?

thats crazy :0 25-50 for BONE BROTH, you can go to a butcher or supermarket and ask for the bones and they'll give it to you for dirt cheap and you can make your own bone broth thats way better. omg

@@Moo_is_cute I’ve never thought of this! Wow thank you! However I feel as though it wouldn’t taste as good as the premade bone broth if I made it 😅
