A comment I’m sure I’ll get hate on, but I’m just curious because you don’t have the same physique you post. It seems as if you’ve added some thickness. Are you in maintenance, or a calorie surplus?

Hey! No hate. I've talked about it on several videos but I'm currently struggling with some hormone imbalances and it's messing with my weight. Not eating in a surplus. Just working on loving myself no matter what and continuing to eat healthy and lift heavy knowing that I will get the hormones balanced and I'll get back to my usual.
