I always pour my creamer or sweetener in the coffee cup FIRST before coffee. Seriously a game changer with flavors.

I really enjoy seeing the variety of recipes you use. I am wondering if you ever do a weight loss update. I am a lifetime member (years ago) and am back on plan again after gaining for several years due to not following the program. Seeing an update if the plan is working for you would be very encouraging. Thanks again for sharing!

@@PlanningUsHealthy I tried this tonight! It is delicious! I can't find zero point ground chicken in my area, so I just ground my own. 1st time trying that and it worked out well! Next time I make this (because I will make it again), I will freeze the patties a bit before trying to do the flour, egg & Shake n Bake. It was not an easy process!🤣

Yes!! They're so good! I used a wrap one day and did kind of like a chicken patty crunch wrap! So good and less points that way too.

Thanks so much, Cynthia! They are so good, and the best thing about them - you can make them different ways each time. I've also wrapped one in a wrap and made it kind of like a chicken patty crunchwrap! 😋

Kristie, all look good Would you dO a video on how you use your green containers for lettuce and fruits and vegetables and what you wash them in. I recently bought thru you site on Amazon but don't think I am using them correctly. Thanks Debbie

Sure. Let me see what I can do. I don't really do much to them except wash them and dry them and then just put them in the containers. For the veggies, you want the vents closed and for fruits, you want the vents open. I will say that fruits don't last quite as long as veggies. I've also found that leaving strawberries whole seems to make those last longer as well. I believe the temp and humidity in everyone's refrigerator differs too.

I'm not a big fan of ground chicken but boy those actually look so good! TFS! I'm with you on the coffee, I tried and tried to find low point creamer and it was making me miserable lol! Decided I have the points for a reason so 3 points will always go to a cup!

They're really good!! You could use a different protein also if you prefer. Yup - I always go through trying different things in my coffee, but I'm usually right back at my higher points. Just will not settle for less than yummy coffee!! 😂

Sooo delicious! I have gotten to where I just use WW as a guide to healthier eating. If the weight loss comes, that's an added benefit! 😊 I'm all about slow and steady now and making it a lifestyle. I totally know what you mean though!

Hi there! They are so good! I would say maybe do them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20ish minutes.. I've not tried them that way though, so that's just a guess. I'd say check them at 15 minutes and cook for longer in five minute increments until fully cooked.

@@PlanningUsHealthy not a bad plan. That's probably what I will do when I make them. I have a bunch of cooking to do for the week. I planned on doing that today but the kitchen sink is leaking so I have to wait for maintenance to fix it. If it's not fixed by tomorrow, I'm doing it anyway. Everything is done half as*ed around here. They were here maybe 2 weeks ago for the same thing

The points don't really match up just to protein. This particular day I had 102 grams of protein (forgot to add that to the totals page), but I've had days that could be lower and days that could be higher - just depends on what I have that day.
