Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "how many calories is 1 nectarine?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Giyaarter Unflappable Gratification - (just google it ) ? It is a great one of a kind product for learning what to eat to balance hormones and eliminating trouble fat spots minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

I’m 17 weeks pregnant.. First 3 months I couldn’t eat and this week I’m feeling hungry.. I’m so glad for that ❤️

Could you do a pregnancy nutrition video and cover stuff like what to and not to eat? You mentioned something about tuna being risky, I'd love to learn about other foods that are risky and the foods that are super beneficial:) Love you, love your videos! Thanks Becca!

I’d say you’d be ok for tuna! First trimester I avoided everything that was “not good” but by like 14/16 weeks I was eating crab legs and anything that sounded appealing! Of course always ask dr but you know to avoid shark, tile fish or whatever. The dr should have told you, tuna is fine I ate it and I had an almost 8 lb baby and she was perfectly healthy! I’m a water drinker only and she’s got the most beautiful skin, all the nurses when she was born asked if I only drank water, they said they can tell when moms drink water vs soda , she also never had baby acne 😊

That's not true with my son barely could stand water and he's 17 had the best skin. And so healthy 🙏everyone thought I ate super healthy and drank alot of water nope

Health food shops in the UK won’t even sell you raspberry leaf tea until you’re 36 weeks pregnant. I started drinking it at 34 and my baby came at 36. I really regretted it because he had severe jaundice due to being prem and was very close to being brain damaged. I thought it was well known raspberry leaf tea brought on labour? Or is red raspberry leaf different?

I replaced tuna with sardines during my pregnancy. Also, sardines are a superfood and great for the baby`s development. Loved the video!

Just found out I’m pregnant, this is my third baby but I gained too much weight with my first 2 kids. I was able to lose it both times but it was hard. I want to gain only the recommended amount (25-35 pounds) this time so I love watching videos like this to get ideas. I love the roasted cauliflower since raw cauliflower hurts my stomach.

Becca now that you will be a mum you HAVE to watch the flipside of the moon youtube channel. Christiana is an amazing mum of 3 and she is also a scientific based gal just like you and she eats healthy and feeds her kiddos healthy too, has GREAT mum tips, etc. Her vlogs are unbelievable entertaining, I think you would like her too! would love to see a collab with you and her in the future!

You should look on Pinterest and could make vegan “tuna” salad with chickpeas, it’s extremely good! No need for fish.

Andria Lowery i made it the other day with chickpeas and added pickles and mayo to it as well as garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. it was amazing!

is there a reason you decide to choose dairy milk instead of one of the variety of plant based milks, many of which have the same or even more protein than normal milk? Not any hate or anything but it’s proven that dairy does nothing good for you! I switched over only plant milk a while ago to cut down on my dairy consumption (bc I eat a lot of cheese LOL- trying to work on that)

I’m on my first trimester and sometimes it can be hard to eat anything luckily I haven’t thrown up but I’m just nauseous all day and thinking about certain food gross me out. I’ve seen your video on my feed but every time I looked at the photo it made me nauseous! Lol I can’t wait till this feeling goes away

Second month and I literally can't get up entire day, don't feel hungry at all, can't eat anything. Just feel sad for the one inside me coz m not able to provide any good nutrients to the baby. I don't want to take any medicines or supplements at this time

Not true. There are two brands I know of that are extremely low in mercury and every tuna is tested. www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/medical_examiner/2017/05/pregnant_women_should_eat_more_fish_not_less.htm

Not a criticisms. Trust me this is not enough calories for both you & baby. Sure you won’t need more calories right now but you don’t want doctor to tell you at third trimester that you’re carrying an underweight baby either. You can still do all you’re expert at with healthy foods but more calories! Also, of all the protein choices in the world while you’re pregnant you’re having tuna? mercury & birth defects are real. You’ve been warned.

Apple 87 When pregnant, you don't need to significantly increase your calorie intake - a few hundred calories max is all that's needed. The baby will take what he/she needs from the food that is eaten to grow and develop normally. It can be worse to over-eat during pregnancy and cause excess weight gain for the mom and potential excess weight gain for the baby. The food Becca showed in this video is well rounded meals with several snacks during the day between meals. She also clearly states she is aware of the restrictions with tuna while pregnant.

@Apple87 Have you ever been pregnant? I ask because your venomous comment sounds a lot like you don't know what the f*ck your talking about. Having been pregnant myself and having experienced horrendous morning sickness like Becca, eating "enough" calories is the last thing on your mind in the 1st & 2nd trimester because your PUKING EVERYTHING YOU CONSUME. If you can't play nice, then run along and troll someone else's channel...

Exactly!! During my 1st trimester I had acid reflux so bad I could not hold anything in my stomach without it coming back up! Also, if I smelled the scent of coconut it made me throw-up. My 2nd trimester I like Becca was finally able to keep some food down and I have a very healthy baby girl who weighed at birth 6lbs 3ozs.
