In this video you will see the two staples I had during my 4 weeks of being raw vegan (I was doing the Goodbye Lupus Healing Protocol). Today was a lower calorie day for me but the reality of what I'd eat some days because of a busy schedule. I also include tofu, edamame, guac with veggies, and chia puddings on days when I need more food. I will have to show you all that in another video.
