I went through this exact thing starting I think 2 years ago, my hair really thinned out, but it all came back 😊 just took some time. I know it sucks I was also on a hair journey and I wasn’t sure what was happening because I was treating my hair better than usual and then all of a sudden this crazy hair loss started. But turned out to be some hormonal / iron issues as well. Deep breaths! It will all come back❤

Since you are already trying current body LED face mask, try the hair helmet. It is little expensive but it does help with regrowth. I had TE before about 6 years ago. I never knew what to do so it went on for long time. But my hair grew back. Again this march after a traumatic and stressful event, I started to lose the hair again. Went to doctors and to a derm, confirmed it's TE. But this time I knew exactly what to do. I am in to 3 months already stating to see less and less shedding everyday. Actually about 50-75 a day which is normal to me except the shower day I see around 100-150 (which was around 200-300 back in march-April). Supplements help with regrowth, gentle hair care, protein, lots of fluid, stress management and exercise. You are doing them all. It will get better. ❤
