This topic in productivity segment is covered very little, and I’m very glad there’s some new content about it. Hope you will continue making more content about nutrition. Also really enjoy watching your content which is pretty high quality in my opinion, was into productivity stuff since 2020, wish you good luck with your channel, will try to comment on every new video:) Cheers

I’m glad, it’s not the flashy stuff that’ll get lots of attention/views but it’s what I think can make an enormous difference for people’s lives

This is really interesting. I developed an eating disorder as a teenager due to stress from family members criticizing my diet and then my weight. I’ve been eating mainly plant-based for 8 years and have focused on healing my relationship with food and body image, and it’s nice to see what works for other people, especially those with an opposite diet than mine. I'm just glad that I did not get dependent on caffeine as I was recently found out I have ADHD and cannot be on medication at the moment, so matcha mixed into protein shakes up to 3x a week is the best for me so far.

That was super inspiring. I do agree that health and especially dieting is majorly overlooked. As someone who has been on a journey on eating a lot healthier figuring out what to eat is extremely tiring. Throughout my first years of early adulthood I had this skewed view that it's the meats and fats that makes a person put on weight, when in fact often is the lack of balance and lots of carbs. Steaks have always been super intimidating to cook, but I think I'll give it a try as the simplicity of it is very appealing

Glad you found it interesting, definitely would recommend giving steaks a try. There are also more budget friendly options. Lmk how it goes!

A lot of people consume more sodium than you’re supposed to on a daily basis, so maybe be careful about getting it all in one shot

If they’re eating home cooked meals from scratch, they’re likely not getting enough. If they eat out/ fast food etc then you’re correct.
