it's such a strange word for me - bottleneck. Finding my bottleneck; it would be waking up early. I can't get myself to properly wake up fresh and happy cuz sleeping more makes me happy. by the end of this year, I hope to fix that and wake up. Cuz I do know deep down that waking up early is not a bad thing.

I hope by the end of the year, I seriously end my toxic friendship. I also hope to change up my routine and try things such as photography.

Hey Miles, I loved this vid! If you make more guides like this that would be great: Two questions: 1. For the journaling, should you write whenever you get a thought or have a specific time of day to write? 2. My bottleneck is that im too scared too approach strangers when I want to. Any advice for social skills? Thanks a lot

Hi, how are you? I liked your content, the video touched on very good points. Did you think about adding Spanish subtitles or putting in another audio. I am from Argentina and if you need help it would be interesting

Hey Miles. I recently got the iPhone 16 Pro and updated to iOS 18.0.1. After 2 hours and 50 minutes of screen time, my battery dropped from 95% to 52%. I believe Apple claims better battery life. any thoughts?

For me the biggest problem is to always be productive and do things as fast as possible, the most effective way possible. Reality is, I just want to have time to take time, to do things slowly, to just relax and not feel like I'm in a rush, even at home

There is some good point on videogsmes apart from dopamine but right things should click. Riders of the republic made me start cycling and steep is making me to find jobs as hiking guide or ski stattion maintenance so im close to the mountain so there is a good point sometimes of them

Its true for people who enjoy challenges and accomplishment, they want to complete games 100%. My brother was like that. I am a bit but not too much so I can still stop and enjoy the game without collecting everything and completing it 100%. I played a lot as a kid but also did other things. I stopped then for 10 years and getting back to it was really pleasant. I usually play when I am sick and I need to escape somewhere and feeling like im doing something lol. But after playing a lot I get bored honestly and I just quit the dopamine doesn't work for me anymore.

The best productivity hack is to outsource. Just invest the $100-200 per month to have a Virtual Assistance take on a bookkeeping, editing, data scraping, anything that can be done online task. You only have so much time in the day before you start compromising health.

It took me a lot of time to understand a use Focus mode. I setup 6 focus mode, some are triggered by time, some manually. The ones by time are the one in the evening and night. Evening, I display a simpler dashboard with the most important app, phone, iMessage, notes ,music, podcast. Night it's evening poorer in app. No notifications except family. The other focus mode are for Travelling, Walks / Biking, Video, Work time, with relevant app for each. I created shortcuts to switch from each mode, and I added them in a folder I set in the dock. By default all notification are set to off. and Only tur on the one I really need. since then, I'm really happy and the phone is really used to help me instead of me being used ;)

how exactly do you turn a shortcut into a Focus button? In the control center setting i mean? that looks like great idea but it doesnt work for me
@easnot
@easnot 6 күн бұрын
You create a shortcut to set the focus mode and then assign the shortcut as a button to the control center.

Yet another naive KZbinr who doesn't know that CleanMyMac is a pure bloatware. Mac is not Windows PC, you don't need to mess around and pay for special tools to make it clean. The only thing that CleanMyMac does is to make sure that you need CleanMyMac - think about it, then uninstall that crap and stop recommending it!
