I'm always in awe of how you do so much from-scratch cooking with such young children.

Thank you for making a what I eat in a day video that actually includes enough food to keep an average size woman alive! I've seen several videos where they eat enough to almost keep a toddler alive and then workout like crazy! Thanks for giving me a realistic look at what healthy, reasonable sized meals look like.

I just made your sourdough pancakes today, used up some sour dough discard I had. It was delicious. I was glad to find a recipe that I didnt have to add more flour too. Thanks for sharing! I also added some wild blueberries I had in the freezer.

Love adding molasses into our morning pancake mix, it adds a beautiful brown color and a nice sweetness to them. It’s also said that molasses give energy, a good alternative to coffee for those who need a little extra boost🤗

How do the sourdough starter pancakes compare to Kodiak pancakes? Honestly curious.
@paypayITUP3 жыл бұрын
Just passing through and saw your comment, from what I know, kodiak cakes have whole grains and protein powder along with dry milk powder so all you need is water technically to milk. With sourdough pancakes, the batter has a starter added (which is basically just water and flour that has developed a “colony” of good bacteria and gets bubbly). The sourdough pancakes are going to have some good probiotic benefits and the kodiak cakes don’t from what I know.
