Don't mind me - I work overnights so I am just binge watching your videos... I make lavash pizzas and I put the bread in the oven (preheated) for a few minutes to make it crispy before adding the sauce and cheese and completing - works like a charm.

The key to getting them crispy is baking them for a bit before you add the toppings. And to get extra crisp I spray a little olive oil spray on them.

When I make the flatbread pizzas I will spray them with cooking spray then put them in the oven for five minutes before putting the toppings. Then back into the oven. I find that they get really crispy. Thanks to your videos I’m obsessed with flatbread pizzas!!

If you want a crispier crust on the lavash, put it in the preheated oven about 5 mins first, then put your toppings and back in the oven a few mins.

Totally get the lack of protein throughout the day... Some good advice that I heard from someone is get a rotisserie chicken and eat on it throughout the week and also to start your day with a high protein shake in the morning.. maybe two scoops of protein powder.

What is the easy way that you have found to convert the calories for raw to calories for cooked? Like on the pizza you were talking about?

So for me I’ll take 1 pound of raw protein, usually I’d make that into 4 servings so that would be 4oz (raw) per serving. Then I’ll cook it and weigh it again then divide that number by 4 servings, let’s say it’s actually 3oz each serving once it’s cooked. Then I know that 3oz cooked equals the same calories as 4oz raw. So in my tracker it’s 4oz raw chicken and I know it’s exactly 4oz raw because I weighed the same protein after it’s cooked and divided it into 4 equal servings! I hope that makes sense!

Have you tried the fair life milk in your coffee? It is ultra filtered and has 13 g of protein in 8 ounces. Almond milk has almost no protein. Love lavash pizzas.
