I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your videos 😊 Your willingness to share your own way of doing things is very inspirational! As a retired, disabled single person I find it difficult to cook such a variety of foods and not be able to eat it by the end of the week 😢 But you have shown me ways to build different meals during the week using those same ingredients, and that is precious to me!! Things were so different when I had my kids and lived on a farm!! We grew most of our own fruit & veggies as well as had chickens, milk cows, beef & pigs!! It was wonderful to be self sustaining 😁 I truly miss those days!! Again, thank you for sharing! You are a blessing to me🥰🤗🐘

I think nowadays many people don't have the luxury to work from home. They typically work outside the home with strict hours, deadlines, and obligations. It's much easier to buy something in a take-out restaurant or deli than to make food at home, even though the prepared foodstuffs are always more expensive than raw materials (service costs), and not as healthy (loaded in salt, fat and sugar for taste). Some people may be lucky to have a multigenerational household. Mom and Dad go to work. Grandma and Grandpa take care of the kids and become their mentors.

Thank you for another great, helpful and informative video. The only thing I disliked was not being able to see the carb count for the protein bar you recommended. You turned it over but I couldn't see the usual nutrition label and when I visited the manufacturer's website I couldn't find the total carbs for the bar. I'm prediabetic. I always check carb totals and it shouldn't be something so hard to find for a bar. I know dates and chocolate can be carby so I need to know total carbs to figure if it'll spike my blood sugar too much. Thanks Dani. P.S. And thank you for your dressing recipe. Best.
