Could you maybe see if Thomas would give some advise based on what he eats as vegetarian. So many vegetarians get told that they can’t get protein and get strong. And he is kind of obvious proof that that’s wrong. So us girls could start lifting like you but still get nutrients.

Hahaha that's ok. There are a few cheeses that are made using rennet (an enzyme from calf stomach) so are not vegetarian

I've had that experience with pasta in Italy. It was such a simple dish, basically beef ravioli and I think it had one main herb (thyme?) and some olive oil and parmesan (no sauce), but MY GAHD. The 'every time I take a bite I'm in shock' phrase is literally it. Such YELLOW pasta and intense beefy flavour. Yum.

I think any time I need motivation to start eating healthier and working out, i'm just gonna watch these videos! It's kinda hard for me to get in a proper workout at the minute (like i'm doing >10000 steps most days but i want to work more on my cardio and maybe strength) but i think I just need to start and do what I can!! Hi dear ! I could relate so much to the part when you sais you were vegetarian with him bc you would not kiss him "with thing that'd make him cry in your mouth" lol I am vegan and my boyfriend isn't but whenever with me he does follow the same diet for the reason you said and also bc It's more convenient for cooking and he actually starts to like it more than the regular eating lifestyle.
