i show you a range of fruits, veggies, greens, seeds that i eats in a week on a raw food frugivore diet! lots of the food from our food forest. hit the reminder bell to join me frugivore :) 0:00 - rainy monsoon intro, it's that time of year and i love it. 0:14 - we drink straight from our mountain-fed creek. 0:36 - snowpea lifts our jackfruit harvest. one weighs 37kg! the quality was incredible. 1:29 - red and yellow chocolate fruit or cacao. this is how chocolate starts. the flesh is good. 2:46 - we harvest most papaya we eat from our food forest. always tastes best. 3:03 - durian! my fav food in the world. a good one tastes like vanilla-flavoured thickened cream. 3:41 - mamey sapote or pumpkin pie fruit (seriously does taste a lot like it!). pineapple from land. 3:51 - dragonfruits. 4:01 - delicious mangoes. 4:12 - peanut butter fruit. we eat this off the trees many times a year, it's beautiful! like jam. 4:31 - picking pineapples from the food forest, they take about 2 years to maturity. 4:46 - more papayas. 4:55 - banana flower turning into a bunch. i eat quite a few bananas every week. 5:10 - our food storage full of fruit. the bananas from the food forest. 5:35 - fresh carrot juice. i don't drink juice often and use the pulp for dinner nori rolls. 6:47 - dinner meals begin. carrot pulp nori rice turned out very good, i'm a pro at this by now. 7:50 - loaded enoki mushroom salad with homemade chilli sauerkraut. 8:14 - avocado pasta with froodles. 8:39 - another avocado zucchini noodle dish 8:55 - australian native dragonfly.

Watching this made me truly realize what food should be, so colorful and beautiful. Good nutritional food doesn’t need flashy advertisements or packing, we are naturally attracted to it. When’s the last time anyone has seen a commercial for a banana or apple? They don’t need to be advertised our bodies naturally crave and want it...
@millsykooksy48633 жыл бұрын
True
@stitches3183 жыл бұрын
Garbage food is advertised because it is something really cheap like soy/corn with artificial dyes and corn syrup being sold for way more than it is worth. They put the dyes on it because they know we are attracted to those nice colors. I wish I lived in the tropics and could try some of that amazing looking fruit
