Hey Lindsey. Just wanted to come on here and say that your videos about graphic design and fashion are what made me realize I could do something like that. I’m a bit older than you but after a few years working on a career change, taking online classes in design and a lot of self teaching I now work as a video editor/graphic designer/social media manager in fashion. Your videos quite literally changed my life. ❤️❤️

That peanut thai noodle dish is something Ive been making every other day 😍🤤. I discovered that delicious combo a few years ago. I have never added lime juice. I usually add red wine vinegar but I'm going to do try it with the lime juice🤤! And I am OBSESSED with tofu. I have 2 autoimmune diesases so I am plant based and GF because of that. Love your channel. New subbie thanks for sharing! 😁

Hey Lindsay! I always look forward to these videos and I just wanted to send you a lot of love and support! Also for a Vegan breakfast idea from my home country (Lebanon), we make Zaatar manakeesh (pizza dough that we spread zaatar and olive oil mixture on top). once it is out of the oven we eat it with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and mint leaves all wrapped up into a sandwich. I really think you will like it. However, get REAL Zaatar from an Arab (middle eastern) grocery store because the zaatar you have doesnt seem legit. I feel like you will enjoy Zaatar manakeesh very much (just get real Zaatar and good quality olive oil).

I love this vid! I'm not sure if you're aware, but since you are plant based for the planet/animals you should consider switching oat milk brands! I love oatly's message, but they sold part of their company to the blackstone group who are given a lot of criticism bc of their deforestation efforts. Just some food for thought!
