i'm so happy you're putting you first and eating fish again. you've already done so much for the planet and the animals for being vegan/plant based as long as you have and it's 110% okay to put yourself first, especially when it comes to your physical or mental health!

I don’t know why but these always seem so relatable and like I am listening to and watching a friend 🌞 Always do what feels best to your mind & body. Have a good one 🧡

Thank you for the part about omegas. I recently had to reintroduce eggs after having a plant based diet for so long (i have bad bad IBS) It really does suck. I did not realize how much I needed to hear another mostly plant-based eater talk about this

Lindsey rem has also talking about this (I think for the same reason as you!) if you’re looking for more support!

hope ur feeling better now & it’s amazing and so understandable that ur putting ur health first, yes the animals and plant is important but ur health comes first.. also hun if u wanna reduce inflammation cut back on the oils and just cook with grassed & avocado oil!! just question which eggs are better pasteurized or organic eggs?!!! Also can u do a video maybe explaining how fish helps with nerves cause I also have nerve problem… THANK U for ur honesty beautiful…💕💕

hi love!! a few things: - I already mostly use avocado and coconut oil (: - the ideal eggs to get are organic AND pasture-raised because it’s the only term they actually regulate for - I will definitely make a video about my nerve issue in the future! thanks so much for your continued support!!

Thank you so much for this video! I would love a more in depth one on eating fish for your health. I have been a vegan for almost three years and have a neurological disease that affects my nerves. I have tried taking algae omega 3s but they are not working and I am still very deficient. My doctor has been encouraging me to eat fish and take fish oil. Although I have no judgment for others who have to do this, it’s hard for me to get past the idea of it for myself. I would love some advice! I hope that you continue to find healing and feel better. 💗

I love the mix up . It’s not for health reasons though. It’s just so hard for me to stay consistent with the transition so I’ve been vegan/ vegetarian on and off for the last couple of years. Hopefully I can get some real steady balance soon🙏🏾

Welcome back. So good to see you. I can related to adjusting your diet for your health. After visiting the ER , there’s a possibility that I’m allergic to soy milk. But not soy beans. Weird. Going to visit my allergist to inquire further on that. Which is why a plant based diet is what’s to be followed for me. It’s amazing who many products contain soy. When your health is important, you do what ever it take. I respect your choice and thank you for sharing. Stay safe and well. ✌🏾🖖🏾

The siete of tortillas are amazing, just pop them in the microwave to soften. The tofurkey brand is not gluten free either. Those deli slices have gluten in them.

& if you’re trying to get rid of inflammation I’d try not eating so much processed food and get into more Whole Foods or cooking things more from scratch just like you did with the waffles. The beyond sausage, veggie sausages yes are vegan but not great when you’re wanting to detox the body from inflammation etc. try having more homemade veggie burgers etc and eat more fish. A meal like fish, roasted potatoes, veggie, vegan tzatziki, mashed cauliflower with Avocado is great for healing the body and all neutral for inflammation and great for balancing hormones. Whole grain sourdough will still cause inflammation. There are a lot of alternatives out there it’s just a matter of doing your research. There really are endless companies / businesses big and small. ❤

Hey love, I’ve been following you for awhile. Have you looked into a PCOS test and a gut test seeing if you’re intolerant to dairy and gluten? I really recommend cutting that out permanently if you want to see results in your inflammation. Not cutting it all out won’t allow your body to truth heal from it.
@CheyenneHayden Жыл бұрын
I am not intolerant to dairy or gluten, and my gut is fine, but I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. And that is something that is being privately managed by me and my doctors. I don't recommend commenting on people's health problems in the future.

Fish get their omega fatty acid from algae. Try algae based omega supplements. I like the one from sunwarrior.
@CheyenneHayden3 жыл бұрын
have tried in the past to no avail :( I even still take vegan omega 3 tablets (and have for years). but fish was the only thing that actually helped my symptoms. I promise I wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t already exhausted all my options. thanks for the tip, though (:

@@CheyenneHayden may be for some reasons u could not absorb the supplements as much u required or as much u could from fish?
@kalliope23283 жыл бұрын
@@CheyenneHayden don't beat yourself up over it, I had to switch to flexitarian again, because my body couldn't absorb neither plant nor supplement iron (dont give me advice, i went to 4 nuritionists, i know more about plant bases iron sources and absortion then anyone here). Some bodys just aren't meant to be only fed plant based.
