This is a very realistic week of me eating and cooking easy vegan meals during a work week 🌱

The food I eat changes all the time and sometimes I eat 4 times a day and sometimes only 2 because I try to listen to my body and eat intuitively with what it needs as much as possible.

EASY TOFU SCRAMBLE RECIPE
1 block of tofu, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional), black salt (for eggy flavour), salt and pepper to taste. I will be posting a video on this soon but that is a simple recipe for it!
