Hey friends, thanks for hanging out with me today 🫶🏼 I appreciate you more than you know for realll. I also just wanted to clarify a bit from my story time since I already got a few comments about this! I didn’t pursue the man forwardly with my question of “are you good in bed?” It was a counter to him asking to be friends with benefits and asking for my address to come over several times. I understand playing the advocate and trying to be nuanced like, “maybe he wanted a deeper connection and you were making it all s*xual” but no he was the one initiating the more intimate convo, I was still trying to get a feel for his vibe even though I was Open to the potential of that happening. A man only wanting to be my friend would be my best case scenario. I was not forcing myself onto him, but was feeding off of his energy and exact words. Also asked if he was in a relationship right when he called me and he said no, but he’s looking to be in a “friends with benefits” one with me if I wanted. So yea 🙈 I don’t think I’ll share any of these kinds of stories again because it seems like a sensitive topic. And I wasn’t trying to put him down. Totally fine if he wasn’t interested in me, but just confusing to switch the script up the moment I’m feeding into it Ah sorry for the essay but I just like to keep everything crystal clear with ya’ll❤️ and I decided to edit that story out of the video so it won’t be there in a few hours xoxoxo!

I think eating things just because you enjoy them is also a reason to eat something too! Even if there’s not much “nutritional value”. Obviously food it fuel and we should be nourishing our bodies, and I also think food can fuel our overall wellbeing by eating things bc they taste good and bring us happiness :) Just another perspective (that nobody asked for) that feels more liberating and holistic to me

Great point
@carolineswn42 ай бұрын
@StardustEarthing yes good point! thanks for mentioning that. food and nutrition is a very personal experience and everyone eats/doesn’t eat things for a lot of reasons. keeping in mind where our food came from and the kind of life it had before entering our bodies is important and necessary for a lot of people. we definitely don’t exist in a vacuum and it’s hard to remember that in our capitalist society.
@4lise2 ай бұрын
exactly what i was coming to comment! especially for people who have struggled/are struggling with eds and such, eating less nutritional food in moderation because you enjoy it is so important! i personally love to eat cheese occasionally, i love to pair it with different jams and fruits and honey :) its fun! ofc everyone should be mindful of their nutrition and try to have a balanced diet as much as possible, but personally, completely not allowing myself to have any food / food group just did not work for me whatsoever and made me miserable. love back to you and everyone else here!

Also I love your thoughts about love being more that romantic love, I know it can feel lonely and hard sometimes, specially when that's all we've been feed all our lives (the "relationship" bs) but just want to drop the support to all of you an d to you specially sis, cause its so inspiring to see other examples of loving more freely, with care in our own energy, and really feeling happy with the time we spend with ourselves.

It reminded me of when I was little and I told everyone I wanted to be a nun because I wanted to be close with God. It makes my inner child feel so safe and happy to know that I’m working towards embodying the love I know is true. I feel like some men are on the more sensitive side... seeing how he saw a woman crying and asked her deep questions and connected in-person like that. Then went on to talk more deeply on the phone, maybe he was caught off guard by the sudden switch to something like a ONS and didn't know how to react. I know many girls have had the same reaction to guys doing that, they feel a bit tricked and shut it down. I wouldn't say it was anything against you, just coming from different places. But I suppose one never knows the whole story. Also these meals are so inspiring thanks for sharing😊
@eitanjelinek32692 ай бұрын
Agree whole heartedly. I think I would have reacted the same.
@nadja80872 ай бұрын
I completely understand what you mean and can imagine that for some people that would be to straightforward. Buuut his reaction like "you're not my type anyway" and also not recognizing her and telling her that she is forgettable shows that he wanted her to feel insecure because he is. This exchange checks all the boxes of a "nice guy" who is a huge red flag
@HitomiMochizuki2222 ай бұрын
He asked to be friends with benefits within the first few minutes on the phone and I only asked if he was good in bed after he asked to spend the night and for me to send my address 😭 I fullly know men are sensitive on the inside and would not project that energy into a situation out of left field. I think I have to edit this story out of my video since so many people are taking it the wrong way. I guess I should have said he asked to come over several times in our 15 minute convo and I didn’t feed into it at all until the end and that’s when the convo ended ❤️❤️❤️ I understand where you’re coming from in trying to inform on the male experience and appreciate this convo because it doesn’t happen enough. And men feel even more shame to open up when they feel invaded in anyway 🥲🙏🏽 in this case he was forward with wanting to spend the night with me but then changed his vibe when I started acting into it
@madd8572 ай бұрын
@@HitomiMochizuki222 I was imagining this wouldn't have come out of left field, especially having watched your videos for so long- I should've phrased my comment with the "we don't know the whole story" in the beginning of it, as it's the most important. I mainly wanted to send a comforting thought that maybe he was just hurting rather than those things he said having any real authority over how you feel, because his words seemed to indicate an inner conflict. Don't love that you were vulnerable back to his openness and he shut you down in that way. 😔 Thank you for being a good example to women trying to figure out life❤
