Thanks for the recipe. I guesstimate and last time I made some with mozzarella it was a grainy greasy mess. My variation is I marinate shrimp peel ON , then put them on the grill. Leftovers I sauté kielbasa that I tear into small chunks instead of slices. (I believe it makes a difference !) While it’s cooking I peel the leftover shrimp then toss them in and start building my sauce, Lots of different flavors and textures and as Laura says it doesn’t take much to feel stuffed.

Great content Laura! I’ve watched all your videos, and this format is very helpful as you qualify a new groove for your way of eating. I had lost 119lbs ( 2 years ago) with combinations of first keto, then IF, finally transitioning to carnivore/OMAD. Great to see you have your children learning Jiu Jitsu, it's a skill for life, try not to let them give up when the going gets tuff. I am SO, SO, SO happy I found this way of eating! Simply put, life changing! My one challenge is the shift I work. I work nights, and I have worked that shift for over 25 years. I try to keep my schedule as consistent as possible. I find I eat my "lunch" between 1-3am. So I guess it is unintentional fasting. My days off get out of sync, as does my eating. Any advice for shift workers? It's really a topic that is left out because the majority is day time workers. Thank you for such great videos! I feel like I have hit the jackpot because you have done this trial and error and I get all the benefits! You are beautiful and explain everything very well! Many blessings to you and your family!

I love those parmesan cheese folios! Try putting them in the microwave (leave the divider paper under it) and cook it for about a 1-1.5 minutes until it crisps up. Tear it up into chips and you can use it to scoop up some meat or just eat as a side dish like they were chips. I also eat twice a day and it works for me. Just make sure you are eating enough. I think you need to eat a little more than just dividing what you used to eat into 2 meals. I'm glad you have support at home. I'm alone in a sea of donuts, chips, french fries, and pasta over here. Love your videos!

From Friday evening until this morning (4/16/21) I lost 7.6 lbs. I think that is a really good start and on my way to losing a very large amount of weight. I am pretty much just drinking water all day and a cup of coffee with heavy cream in the morning. I am having two issues though. I have a very pinpoint precise headache on the left side of my head. Not too bad but it is there. Also I am very bound up. That can not be good for an entire week. This is an area that I have no trouble. Any thoughts how to remedy these issues? Thank you so much. So, the body needs at least 4500 mg of potassium , for heart elasticity. Along with magnisium, calcium and zinc. And this is just a small example of some of the nutrients the body needs in order to have fully functional organs. Here’s the question, if you’re feeding the body only meat, does that mean the body doesn’t require these nutrients anymore? How does that work?
@findingfrugal20933 жыл бұрын
Some people claim you need less of certain nutrients on a carnivore diet. Some people say nutrient needs do change, but that if you're going to eat carnivore you also need to do "nose to tail" in order to get everything you need. Meaning bone broth, fish with the skin, fish eggs, organs, etc along with drinking mineral water. Admittedly I'm not sure what to believe.
