My husband's father died of cancer at 56. He's now 44 and doing everything he can to avoid that fate. He lost a lot of weight on plant paradox (almost 100 lbs) but our progress (health and weight) plateaued and stalled. We moved to carnivore 3 weeks ago and back to losing weight and feeling much more energized. We no longer need sleeping pills. Something about meat is putting us back on a regular rhythm. Good for you for taking things into your own hands and screw big Pharma indeed!

I've never heard of this diet but as a farm family we eat meat. I'm a farmer's wife and we raise our own pork and prime beef. Iowa farmer's are proud to raise the best meat in the world to serve the consumer. We have promoted our message and I am happy to come across your channel as you inspire me to continue to promote more and to help others while shopping for meat suggesting how to choose the best. Never buy meat that doesn't have the white marbling running through the fibers. Your meat will be tough. Beef from farm to market is raised over 18 months so a lot of TLC and good feed rations is fed. American farmer's raise the best meat for our consumers. We are created to be meat eaters. FYI: Cows eat plants, but it is converted into high protein meat. It has all sources of vitamins and minerals.

This channel has been a good resource. I am a 30 M. About 20 pounds overweight. I’ve mostly started with keto since Jan 1. Eliminated candy and carbs. Mainly meat and veggies. I plan to switch to carnivore in the next few weeks though a lot of my friends who lean politically a certain way have judged me for thinking about it. Oddly took it personal that I would eat only meat. And believe my actions will contribute to climate change. Anyways My advice is don’t tell people you don’t need too. You’re Costco trip video was the MOST helpful. And I love me a Flying Dutchman! Sending you a lot good vibes!!!!
@Ashtarot772 жыл бұрын
You should tell them climate change has been happening for millenia. The earth was hotter than it is now, 100 000 years ago, and it declined into a mini-ice age after that. This happens every few hundreds of years. Warms up, cools down. We're headed in that very same direction now. The poles used to be tropical rainforests before the big Ice Age. It's a natural phenomena that politicians are cashing in on because people have become mugs and believe everything they're being told by those in charge.

Try these African chicken wings: Ingredients ▢12 (or 10 large) chicken drumsticks with skin on ▢4 tbsp butter ▢½ tsp smoked paprika ▢½ tsp cayenne pepper ▢1 tsp bouillon powder ▢1 tsp rosemary ▢1 tsp black pepper ▢1 tsp salt Instructions If using an oven, preheat to 400 F (200 C). Wash and pat the chicken dry,. Melt bye & add paprika, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, rosemary, black pepper and salt into a bowl. Mix with a fork or whisk till it is completely blended in. Roll the chicken drumsticks in the mixture before cooking. Arrange on a baking pan or air fryer basket and choose the ‘air fryer’ setting (400 F). Set the timer for 30 minutes. Turn, pour remaining mixture over drumsticks and cool another 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Just found this channel and I'm subscribing just bc I finally found someone that does "chicken skin chips" unironically! I've been doing that for years. At first my husband thought I was nuts and now he and the kids hover to enjoy them before I'm finished making them!

You’ve probably already considered doing this or have been encouraged to buy a portion of beef and/or pork from a grower. Where I live there is a State wide grower/ processor/consumer group named Farm Direct Minnesota where rancher/growers advertise their wares and PM/DM prices if not stated on the site. I bought a 1/2 steer (Black Angus) and my ‘out the door price’ was $4.00 lb. That’s the whole spectrum from burger to Porterhouse. Vacuum sealed, frozen and labeled. Did a whole hog from the same rancher. When people rave about the flavor difference between store bought and farm direct, it’s a real obvious difference. The whole hog price was comparable per lb. to the beef, including smoking the hams and bacon. You can buy smaller ‘shares’ from an 1/8th beef to the whole thing.

Hi Laura, I’ve been binging your videos. Been mostly carnivore since July 2020. But now am strict. Your videos and podcasts with Judy are my daily inspiration. Thank you so much for providing so much free content. My cuisinart air fryer died last night! Do you recommend the one you use? I need a large one. So many to choose from. Disappointed in cuisinart. Died after 20 months. Thank you !

I just found your page while searching if pork is good on the carnivore diet. I started this journey about 5 weeks ago and have lost 18lbs. I wasn't sure if pork on this diet was good or not? I was following the Lion Diet and basically tired of beef all the time. Thank you for the videos.
