Definitely agree about the potato skins, I always keep them on. Enjoyed the food prep vlog. Thanks for the inspo! When I buy bulk meat on sale I like to take gallon freezer bags and add a mixture of about 1/4 cup cooking oil + half or a little less than half that amount of an acid (vinegar or citrus), herbs, spices, onion and/or peppers then throw the meat in it and make sure all of it gets coated. I then let that either marinate in the fridge overnight or label + freeze it for future use. That way when I want to grill or meal prep for the week I just pull a bag out and as it thaws it marinates the meat nicely. Tastes so much more flavorful than seasoning the meat right before cooking! Just dump and cook in a pan on the stove top or throw the meat on the grill and ta-da, flavorful protein.

I love the skins, too! But they are high in oxalates which are toxins. Most of the oxalates are in the skin. Eating them is fine, but if you overdo it, the toxins can build up in your system and cause inflammation as well as issues in the urinary tract and digestive system.

You can always use gloves! I have long nails so I use gloves when I'm cooking with meat

"no fruit should be green" lol okay sorry kiwi, watermelon, green apples, limes and grapes. haha just messing. Love your videos!!! Meal prepping and meal planning is so vital to staying on track. Even if you prep for 3 or 4 days instead of a full 7 days.

Avocado is fruit.. Also lol cuz you buy pre cut veggies for convenience, but then says you like to chop up lettuce 🤦🏼‍♀️ Silly.. I never peel my potatoes. The skin has all the nutrients. Just make sure to wash extra well, and I recommend buying organic for all veggies that grow under ground.
