So happy to have you back😊❤ recommend marinating tofu in teriyaki sauce, such a game changer! Then frying it to crisp it up, its delicious that way! Merry xmas to you too xx

awh so happy to see you post Demi! It’s totally okay to take a break from posting, recovery can be overwhelming and sometimes we don’t need the “added stress” of posting and seeing comments etc. like i said really happy to see you ❤ i hope you are doing well, sending so much love to you xx ( for the tofu, firm tofu is generally best if your cooking something like that, i find cutting it in slices and pressing paper towels to squeeze any excess water out also helps!)

I was concerned that you weren't doing well, but it was nice to see your latest post. I've noticed that in your vid's you comment that you're still in the same place, and it's not good, yet you seem to eat very similar foods at each meal. There is little variation, and no increase in the serving size, at least by way of what is shown on camera. Forgive me for noting this, but it seems contradictory to your goal of recovery. Change doesn't happen if changes are not implemented. It's like You are holding You back. I hear you giving credit to/admiring other's "all in" strategy. Remember that if you knuckle down, and prioritize your recovery, you can achieve full food freedom, too. Your life is waiting for the chance to live into it's Full potential...holding it back is not serving you, or anyone else in your circle. It is true that everyone IS different, and needs to choose recovery differently, yet I feel like you say this to justify staying in the same place. In saying this, i my intention is not to be critical of you, but to give you perspective, as someone on the outside, who has experienced similar challenges, and wants to encourage other's to keep moving forward. You are still so young, but your ed will advance your age to the point of no return, if you settle for quasi recovery.

To be honest I have really struggled as well the last few months and it’s been so hard but I am proud of you Demi and it’s not meant to be easy because we’d all be recovered but keep on going. Xxx

Hey Demi, it’s so warming to have a new video, thanks so much for your time and efforts to share it, especially in time for Christmas. The advice you have throughout was really encouraging, do you ever re watch your videos? It might be helpful to hear yourself as it’s kinda like your hearing yourself in that exact moment telling you what you feel is best to do. I hope that makes sense lol, it’s like your answering your own question of what or how you need to move forwards, instead of asking others, although it’s great to get different advice, always go with what your heart is saying xxx

Also try pat dry/wipe the tofu with paper towel before marinating it to get the any excess moisture from it

There is firm tofu and silken tofu. And scrambled tofu is also good!❤

Hey Demi, you don’t know how pleased I was when I saw you had uploaded this. I genuinely thought that you had stopped posting because you were afraid of certain comments. Or not you being afraid but your anorexia being afraid. If I’m being completely honest I thought that you had slipped backwards & stopped engaging. The first thing that really worried me was when you were making videos but switching off the comments. The comments sounded harsh sometimes & I’m probably one of the guilty ones who made a comment/s . But ALL comments from people were supportive & genuine concern for YOU. When certain comments hit a nerve it’s because the anorexia is the stronger which leaves you completely blinkered of what’s going on around you. All your anorexia does is puts fingers in your ears so that you don’t have to listen. Anorexia hates harsh comments & doesn’t want to hear the truth. But that’s not to say why you shut down the comments whilst still posting???? If I’m wrong please correct me. I’m just talking from personal experience, but like you said, everyone is different so I could be completely off the mark. And in no way am I getting at you 😘. I was so pleased when you actually opened up about the last four weeks. I’ve said before that it would be good to hear from Demi rather than Demi’s cooking class 😂. (Please don’t take that as an insult 😂. You’d be great with your own show 😂). All of us here genuinely care & worry about you. So if you ever feel like disappearing, & feeling that you’ve let everyone down, don’t. In all honesty that only makes us worry more 😢. I hope I haven’t said anything that’s upset you, that’s never my intention. Like I said earlier, it’s all because we care ♥️. Keep going Demi. Really looking forward to hearing more from you again. Sending my love & a virtual hug 🤗 xxx. (Oh yeah, Have you got your coffee taste back? ☕️)

Glad to see you back :) I've been relapsed - I love it 😒- so much stress and stuff in the whole year -, but I'm so excited about christmas. :) I have no fear, or "ed-things", just pure happiness. And I'm sick, why not? Who care? Christmas is joy with good food, good movies - and my first as a bride

Tempeh is better as it's a lot firmer. Need to buy the extra firm Tofu, press it in kitchen towel between something heavy. Air fry it first then add to the curry near the end. Did you give the plant a name? Something christmassy? Need to see how you get on with it. 👍

You bought the wrong tofu, that was the silken tofu that falls apart, If you get the firm one, either cauldron or SO Sainsbury's then what you did would work fine. You can then po re fry it for a nice crispy texture.By the way, I think you are making progress as you look so much more relaxed and happy ❤

For the tofu, it’s fine to eat kind of scrambled like you would an egg. If you don’t want it that way, press the water out before you cook it.

Demi. Its a shame because you are doing so much better and have come so far but ur not as close to being better as i think you are unfortunately. U still looking so very frail. I don't know if that's the right thing to say or not but keep working on it. The brain can play tricks with body dysmorphophobia with what we see and what we actually are. I don't know what to suggest other than to not give up and keep going demi. Ul get there x

tofu is meant to be wet, its quite a weird consistency to be honest, its not very nice, in my opinion I only eat it in a restaurant like Wagamamas but if you eat it on its own or at home its really bland and a bad texture in my opinion
