I think $4,000 for a month stay is too much for Miami, thats a NYC price. I am sure you could have gotten something around $2,500-3,000 with similar location and similar amenities.

I am from Mami but I moved to Japan a long time ago. It makes sense me when looking at the reason for doing down there and what you wanted to do while you were down there. Also, looking at the amenities that were immediately available at that location, it make sense. Have looked at anything in the City of Miami Beach?

Thanks A. I always had a dream to live in downtown Seattle. Found a way to do it very affordably. Have the best view in the city. Food is another significant expense. Before Covid Seattle had the best restaurants and bars. Now it's dessimated. 80% of them closed DT. I would get a breakfast burrito at the grocery store, good all day. Then hit the happy hours and had amazing food. Daily budget was $20. Seattle is expensive, $4k is a great rate. Now might be the time to explore dreamspots. It will never get more affordable.

@@AntonDaniels cold and sunny. I would say that Portland is the most devastated for various reasons. Seattle is #2. From where it was to where it is today is very very sad. If you ever come. Come in late June. Hangout. Take a 7 day cruise to Alaska. (Best vacation value ever) The sun is out 18 hours, no bugs, no humidity. Don't tell anyone. Have you ever stayed at an extended stay hotel? Definitely not as nice but something to think about.

Miami is awesome. This is my hometown. Definitely consider moving down here. I’m telling you. We have great great weather and the diversity is unrivaled. And we also have a school system that’s getting better and has been giving an a rating for a couple of years with a successful public school education system thanks to our inspirational superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho.. We also have an up-and-coming tech scene. The spring break here in Miami has been making worldwide headlines this year but. It’s still a pretty good place. Do you like bike riding? Well, if so, the Miami Beach boardwalk now runs from the MacArthur Causeway at the marina all the way up to 79th St. it’s not a boardwalk anymore. It’s actually a beach walk. You can walk, skateboard, and ride your bike on the entire thing. If you come to Miami, you have a better chance of enjoying and taking care of your tesla down here compared to Detroit and Michigan. I have to warn you though, we do have hurricanes are and it is inevitable to have a destructive one. We do also get thunderstorms in the summer every afternoon. Try boating. Miami is a great place to do that despite that we have a fair share of reckless boat drivers. As I stated earlier, if you like tech, Miami is an up-and-coming place for that. Our county is Loring silicon valley companies, New York financial firms, and other tech start up‘s to move down here to Miami, creating more good paying jobs. Coming down to Miami, a pool is a must. You have to have one or else you’re missing out on what Miami has to offer and do you need something to do on a hot summer day. If you’re going to have kids in the future, we have a good school system and we have some water parks. Good ones are Tidal Cove in Aventura, which opened in 2019. Miami Wilds is a resort hotel and water park that’s going to be built at zoo Miami in 2023. Jungle island is getting a big renovation with a brand new hotel with water park that’s coming soon. The frost museum of science opened in downtown Miami in 2016 which is a good family attraction.

I recommend going and checking out Dolphin Mall, Brickell City Centre, Aventura Mall, Dadeland Mall, Coconut Grove and Lincoln Road. Bayside Marketplace, SkyViews Miami Farris-wheel, And check out Wynwood, Downtown Doral, City Place Doral, Key Biscayne’s parks and beaches, Oleda Park, and The Perez Art Museum. We are supposed to get one of the largest shopping malls in the world here in Miami if it gets built. It’s called the American dream. It’s going to have the shopping mall, Nickelodeon theme park, a Waterpark that’s an indoor one, skating rink, ice-skating rink, and indoor ski slopes. Plus hotels and and a sky tower that will reach 50 stories
