It's absolutely insane to have to pay monthly for a parking spot where you live. These greedy companies just love to nickel and dime you. I plan on moving to San Diego by the end of the year. Thank you for the video.

tell me about it 😭 when we first moved in it was only an additional $50 since we had one extra car so to go from $50 to $300 was crazy. But to be fair there's no parking around us + the LAZ parking closest too us would cost so much more.. it sucks. /: but that's awesome good luck with your move!!

my portion of the base rent i pay ~$1,300/month since i split between two other people! In total for a 2 bed 2 bath rent is $3,900 for where we live.
