Two things, as far as space, i ended up getting a 4U 6in deep wall mount 19in rack bracket so it takes up no space on my desk, just wall mounted above it. And as far as the tuning stability, i tune mine when i fire it up and then it doesnt really deift from there at all. I don't think ive ever had to retune it during a session unless i bump the pitch sliders. Possible yours needs some calibration but that requires a bit of time amd a volt meter

I've tested my Grey Meanie and I know it keeps tune through a startup shutdown cycle. Perhaps that was one of the better components.

I have one as well partnered with Behringer Pro1 that I also really like. Btw 2600 is my bass with a touch of sample and hold / cutoff.the envelope was the one I couldn't get my head around in the beginning.

Loopop has used the Melda oscilloscope, I use the one in VCV Rack at home. Both are free. (Also the Cardinal VST.)

surprised to hear of stability issues with the vcos. I have the 2600 vco euro module and it's way more stable than my other vcos. Almost no warm up time. I was really impressed with it.

I have pretty crazy temp changes in my house and my b2600 tuning is really solid, more than my k-2 that's for sure

Nice demo, which shows the breadth of what this synth can do. I'm really trying to reduce my gear setup down (for space and focus), and really keen to find that unicorn-synth that will do everything, from basses, to pads, to percussion, to generative. I think the 2600 might just be that synth. The only thing stopping me is the physical size, tbh. But, other than that, I'm struggling to imagine what the 2600 CAN'T do.

lol, i dont like spring reverbs at all either..always one pitch resonance. i have 3 and i hate them all. never use the grandmother or 2600 or fender vaporizer combo amp. regarding tuning: i just turn it on early and let it warm up, same with the take5. edit: ya the initial gain f'd me up at first. getting the envelopes working was tough too. i recommend a west pest to add some wave folder insanity. IMO, the grandmother, west pest and 2600 should be sold as a semi-modular starter package plus extra noodles (even tho pest and granny give you some)

I'm glad you talk about the reverb on it. I don't own one of these (yet) but in every review I've heard of this and the Gray/Blue versions the reverb is really mediocre at best, even the real spring reverbs don't sound anything like the original (again, from comparisons I've heard done). I don't think this is a huge issue since there are so many brilliant reverbs out there in both pedal and software form. But it is really disappointing.

I'm looking forward to the NANOBOX - TANGERINE video! Please go in depth on its Looper capabilities, there isn't much information out there on this thing... I'm planning on using it for large piano libraries, so I really need a Sustain Pedal to work. Do you know if it will receive MIDI CC for Sustain? Thanks brother, keep up the great work!

I like using an envelope for PWM on the Odyssey. It seems more like how real world instruments behave - the timbre changes throughout the note. I'm not a big fan of LFOs. What effects pedals are you using here?
