I remember a few years back when fairy kei was super popular on tumblr and in western j-fashion communities the spumoni sweaters were super hard to find online and incredibly expensive! Seeing the sweater gave me a wave of nostalgia!

Glad to see the little wicker Hello Kitty skull handbag again :D The video where you found it in that store on the verge of closing whilst struggling to buy furniture was a good one. I love browsing through charity stores for old books. There's a bit of an art to it admittedly, and in most places in the UK you won't find much other than Jeremy Clarkson's many _terrible_ books and car manuals. But you can chance upon good stashes from time to time - University essay compendiums, decaying old books about Fortean/paranormal nonsense, weirdly specific dictionaries, etc.

Top tier sweater collection! That red dress with the Hello Kitty bag is my fave combo I love thrifting but thrifted stuff here usually have stains or holes in them so you have to be super careful about picking items

I live in Hungary and the thrift shops here sell british secondhand clothes, i always find brand new items and i also go there to buy fabric for my art dolls ❤

i LOOOOVE thrifting, when you go to a regular store its almost guaranteed that you'll find something that fits or something you like but the fact that there are so many replicas around destroys the uniqueness of it. Thrifting is like a gamble, you never know if you'll find something and if it will even fit if you do, istg the unpredictability gives you a high!

After all these years of watching your thrifting videos, I was super hyped to go thrifting during my Korea trip this month. Idk if I visited the wrong stores or what... but all I found at thrift stores in Korea was middle-aged white dad stuff, like Harley Davidson t-shirts and huge plaid button ups. Nothing cute like you find and all stuff I could easily get in America, if that sort of thing appealed to me. I was rather disappointed by the thrift stores I visited, but this video cheered me up some, seeing all your cool fashion treasures. 😊
